Great customer service! I was not able to figure out how to put a new battery in my remote key to my car. I went to another auto place in Napa, but they couldn’t help. The gentleman at Napa Auto was great and figured out how to open the key (wasn’t obvious) and put in a new battery. Unusually helpful for a technical dunce like me.

I placed an order online and needed 10 feet 3in exchaust pipe. Because the web is a little confusing the called to correct the issues and made sure i got 10 feet not 1 foot and made my order possible with out any confusion or delay they are very in knowlable what parts are needed for most all vehicals
