Spoke with a guy on the phone and he was extremely rude. He wouldn’t let us explain what was wrong with the car, and just kept repeating that he would not do the job. If you care about “treating others the way you would want to be treated” and expressing “basic kindness and compassion” then don’t go here. These people do not deserve you business, with the amount of rudeness and unkindness expressed.
