I went in to the parts department ready to buy hundreds of dollars worth of parts for my chevy truck. I waited for approximately 10 minutes, rang the service bell as requested, and eventually had to ask service to send someone to the parts counter. The representative who came out of the back was displeased to be at the desk and was clearly annoyed at performing his job. I am a decent mechanic who knows what they are doing and knows what to ask for. The representative was increasingly irritated while trying to find parts. His attitude worsened to the point I had to ask him if this was too much trouble.
I have not had such poor customer service in years, even my cable company was more pleasant to deal with than the parts department. I went home and ordered more than a thousand dollars worth of parts from Summit Racing. Their customer service was night and day better. I will never purchase anything from this dealership again.

Can't recommend this place enough.
Had the pleasure of working with Billy and Rich yesterday (who stayed overtime to make sure to close our deal).
They went above and beyond for us and made the process such a pleasure.
Interestingly Rich remembered me from 5 years ago when I got my last Chevrolet there. that's something only someone who cares can remember.
If you're looking for a chevy (or Toyota) make sure to work with Billy and Rich and I am sure you will walk away happy!
If I could I would give extra stars.

Professional, knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service beyond recommended job duties paperwork was completed within one 1hour. Beyond Star 5 I have bought many cars and never was in and out within 1 hour. The team was excellent William Ross was excellent I asked a question we looked at the Chevrolet Trax surprised I had a car. I was looking for a 5-star dealership Jimmy Nasser came up and drove to Napa. I mentioned before I was in and out within 1-hour unbelievable Final thought I felt like a Queen treated so well. I Left as a Queen in a 2024 Chevrolet Trax.

We had a seamless experience, couldn't have gone better. We live in Napa and appreciate the home-town dealership vibe at Jimmy Vasser. We got in and picked out our vehicle, went out to dinner and signed all the docs electronically and then they dropped it off to us. We have little kids and this made the car buying experience SO much easier!! Thank you Lamont!

Raymond was the salesman helping me. He was catering to all of my requests, and showed me many different cars, along with test drives and before we knew it it had already been a few hours. He was so patient with me before I decided on a car that was my perfect fit! Him and his manager were very thorough and answered all my questions about financing because I was a first time buyer. Was very happy I went to jimmy vasser napa! And don’t forget to ask for Raymond.

I had the pleasure of working with Raymond Gramlich in buying my car. He was so helpful and very communicative throughout the entire process. He was happy to answer any questions even when he wasn’t at the dealership which helped ease my stress while making such a big purchase. On 3/4/24, I purchased my 2018 BMW m2 from this location in Napa, I was helped by salesman, Pablo Toscano and the store manager Jason. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. thanks to them I am truly enjoying this new ride!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our truck. We went in last Saturday to test drove a Chevy 1500. Pablo came out to greet us and see how he could help us, very friendly and was not pushy at all. I test drive the truck, asked some question and said we would be back.
Stopped in on Wednesday (when Pablo was working) and decided to make the deal happen. Talk about having a salesman on your side with trying to get everything to line up properly. Pablo made the whole process painless and easy. Very transparent with every step, answered all of our questions, and went to bat for us with his managers (nothing bad just making things smoother for us the customer). Thank you Pablo, Ritch, Jason and the rest of the Jimmy Vasser Team for an amazing car (truck) buying experience. We will definitely be back when the wife is ready for an upgrade.

They'll heavily push optional fees, including a useless service package for an EV, and all their cars have expensive mandatory dealer addons (close to $1600 in dealership addons). Our car came with a faulty tire and avoid purchasing the car at night as there will be no detailing leaving your car with a bunch of sticker residue all over the car.
