“I enjoy shipping here because they have a pretty focused inventory. Unlike the big box stores, there are employees around actively trying to help, and they aren't trying to carry everything for everybody. For example, if I need fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, etc) they have a huge selection and it's incredibly well organized. Lumber? Forget it. Their online inventory is pretty spot on.”
“Seriously good service.But....if you ever get yourself in front of Deedee while driving down the road be prepared for some pretty nasty road rage! As sweet as she is in the store she has a horrible side to her when she has someone in front of her while driving. She'll cut you off, pass you using the center turn lane and run red lights to get to wherever she's going. It's best to just pull over the and let her pass.”

“Highly recommend, I called for help from the East Coast with an emergency because of a sudden extremely rare very cold cold front that came in and I needed help winterizing my very expensive power washer that was too big to carry up a flight of stairs to get it into the house.Even though they knew I was calling from the east coast and obviously would never be actually buying or spending money at their business they spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me figure out how to do this, as there was nobody open on the East Coast because it was already 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night.Wish we had more people like this on the planet.Thank you again!”
