First the service was impeccable. Louis helped us as soon as we walked into the door. Asked what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted. Louis - owner manager is truly the nicest person ever. I found the same kitchen set in other store for 25% higher price! Imagine my excitement to get it a bit cheaper! Louis not only gave us really good deal but also very good quality furniture! I highly recommend visiting this store as Louis has variety of different furnitures to choose from and is willing to help you find what you are looking for. Amazing shopping experience!

I highly recommend the customer service and selection on offer at Furniture for Less in Napa. Louis, who I believe is the owner manager, is a gentleman and tries his very best to provide as much information as possible about choices and options. If you're looking for some quality furniture or/and a sofa in the 800-1500 range and don't want to pay inflated prices, go and see Louis at Furniture for Less on Main Street in Napa.

Luis and his son are amazing! I bought a couch from them and was not happy with my purchase. I was able to swap it out for a couch that is more to my liking. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Great customer service. Louis, the owner, did a wonderful job to get the headboard we were looking for. He even delivered and set it up in our home in Fairfield. It was delivered within 2-3 weeks of when we ordered it too! I plan to go back to purchase other furniture for our home. Thank you!

Wow I'm speechless. I found this amazing store looking for the right couch for my new home and I couldn't be happier. This store at this location was so inviting I'm happy to say money well spent. Honestly meeting the the father and son duo I was pleased it's a family affair and that we even more exciting because it's a family business and it's just a welcoming atmosphere and I love it. I will definitely be back to shop around they have rare findings at this store and happy to call this store my favorite spot.

I would leave another star if possible! What more could you ask from a local family run business. Luis and his son made our move-in weekend even better by helping us find a great couch/recliner option. We found exactly what we were looking for as there were many great selections. They definitely treat you like family. Delivery was extremely fast and instillation took minutes. If you are looking for a nice furniture piece in the Napa area you cannot go wrong at Furniture 4 Less!
