“The wonderfully unflappable, resourceful woman who helped me at this location is the definition of someone who is good at their job. I messed up and added the wrong belt size to my order and needed the khakis I bought steamed so I could wear them out of the store. As I got a new belt, she held court as maybe six other customers approached and needed her attention (one customer knew her name, so I imagine others have been similarly impressed). She never lost sight of what I needed, and got me looking right for my work event. Testament to whoever staffs this place, please give everyone here a raise.”
“I was not going to buy anything. I was in this time last month and saw a shirt that I wanted but, paying $30 for a "Peanuts Gang" Shirt was not in the budget. I was waiting for a friend to finish up a return transaction and walking around. There was a very friendly young man (I don't remember his name) who asked me if I needed anything. I told him what I was looking for and he headed straight for the clearance section and to my childlike joy, it was there. In my size AND Less than $20. I walked right up to check out and was delighted to be rung up by Diana. She was very pleasant and looked up my AE credit card info without any problems. I left with a smile and that same, childlike joy.”

“I don't shop in places with lots and lots of jeans for skinny people. That's what my age has done to me. But my husband wanted jeans and we came here. Last time I saw one of these was in Union Square and my niece went crazy over finding that location, for me I thought nothing here for me. So when we went in, I thought the same about my husband, however, they did have jeans and he bought a pair. The people there were totally nice, greeted us (all three people working there), and when he had a hard time finding one pair of jeans, the woman went in the back to get his size. The problem is that a lot of the jeans had holes in them and were a bit distressed. But my husband is an artist and wants to distress his own jeans. But we found some that were minimally distressed and he bought them. I know that we will be back upon our next visit and look forward to it.”

Manager Kimberly assessed my needs, measured me, and stopped at nothing to find me the right item. Such a fun personality, too! And, I should add...my mom and my 99-year-old grandma came in last month and they are STILL talking about how wonderful Kimberly was! Grandma has lost lots of weight and her bras have been digging in/falling off, so she's been properly measured and fitted - can't stop bragging about it, I love it! Thank you Kimberly!!!”

However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didn't find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!”

Great clothes at a really reasonable price is all you'll find in her boutique. And as so many shops and business' come and go in this valley, she has remained. I sincerely believe it's cuz she's the bees knees. But also because she offers current, adorable, affordable items at a fraction the cost you might find elsewhere. There are always smiling and great staff to welcome and assist you in anyway needed. Makes shopping their super fun. I should know, I've been an avid, happy customer for more then two decades. It was good to see the pieces in each collection grouped together rather than separated by tops and bottoms. It made it easy to see which pieces would coordinate to make outfits. Sales staff were very laid back. Store merchandise was easily accessible. This store has great parking and is easily found.”

“It's actually funny that we had low expectations for Napa Outlets and planned on just browsing. We actually spent our entire time just at the J Crew store because of how much stuff they had. We had the whole store to ourselves when we walked in later on a Monday night. Both of the employees in there were helpful and assisted us with questions on the deals and for proper sizing. They had really good deals with 60% off the lowest ticketed price on a lot of the women's clothing and a lot of it was already discounted at least once. I also found that even though it was a factory store, a lot of the items were still high quality - nice soft fabric, no defects, and the items fit well and weren't odd leftovers. Some of the sizing was a bit limited but I managed to find a great pair of super soft leggings on sale. My boyfriend stocked up on the tees they had available in multiple colors and cuts.”
