On 05/22/2022, I visited Autozone to purchase a car battery because mine was dead. Upon arrival, I asked to use the bathroom, but the two employees I spoke with had very different attitudes. One was helpful, but the other was dismissive and suggested I should relieve myself around the corner since management wouldn't allow customers to use their restroom.
I informed the employees that I would buy a battery if they could replace it, as I didn't have the necessary tools. Despite having four employees on duty, they refused, claiming that changing the battery required special work. Frustrated, I left and went to NAPA AUTO, where I bought the battery and was provided with the tools to change it myself. It turned out that no special expertise was needed to replace the battery.
I will not be returning to this Autozone.

Today was my 3d trip to AutoZone for a brake light problem. Happily, Luis Lopez said he could assist by testing the points to make sure the existing part was in working order and the bulb was lighting. To my surprise, both were still good on the 2000 Dodge van! Thanks to Luis for being so helpful! The crew at AutoZone goes above and beyond to assist customers! Keep up the good customer service!

Just stopped by for wiper blades and light bulbs for my dads car , the employee Chris was so helpful. He came right out and replaced both headlights and wiper blades . What a great employee, thank you very much Chris !

A young gentleman by the name of Joaquin assisted us with a a new battery and instillation. He's knowledgeable, knew how to find the answers we needed and his installation was quick and effective. He was answering other co workers questions as well, made us feel comfortable and make conversation through the whole process. Very kind, a valuable employee!
