Thieves and crooks!! I won a $250 scratcher here, I went to turn it in and the brunette cashier told me they couldn't pay out that much without the owner there. I said ok, understandable. I came back a week later, different cashier but same tall guy that works the meat counter tells me the same thing, no owner. A day or two later I go to a 7-Eleven to cash it and they tell me that the ticket has already been cashed! They gave me the little slip stating such. I come back to this place I show him this and tell them you never paid me and this is ridiculous all the sudden nobody remembers who I am and the owner won't even look at the books or look at anything and just says it's already been paid nothing I can do as looking at me like I'm some kind of crook or running a scam on them. Their first little cashier chick cash this lotto ticket and took that money as far as I can tell or somebody did because I sure as heck didn't get paid. Crooks like this don't deserve to be in business and California lottery has its own enforcement division for going after people like this and cashiers that Rob people of their winnings when they're supposed to pay them out. Well guess what I'm filing claims and doing everything I can to get the the money that was due to me and hopefully hold somebody accountable for this. I say avoid this place and let them suffer.
