I bought my tires from Sam’s Club approximately a year ago. Although the price was good, the follow up service is terrible. Nowhere on the website does it give an option to make appointments for tire rotations. Upon arrival I was asked if I had an appointment. I told them I didn’t, but planned on coming back. Initially the person at the counter stated it would be atleast a couple hours. I responded with we planned on coming back late so there was no rush. At this point another person behind the counter stated they would not be able to rotate the tires today. I was at the store at 12:30-1:00 and they closed at 7:00. I find it hard to believe they couldn’t find time during that 6 hours to do a rotation. Maybe they are that busy. I learned my lesson, I’ll choose somewhere else next time. Follow up service is just as important as a sale. I would hate to try and get a flat repair at this facility if they are that busy.

No help available at their jewelery spot. Have to ask someone to make multiple calls to get them to the spot. Minimum wait time of 30mins for sure...

Unfortunately, they stripped a bolt and have been refusing to provide any assistance. They wanted me take the vehicle to another place for repair without offering reimbursement. I tried calling to speak to management and they are never available and never returned my calls. The situation has been ongoing since February and it’s a real shame.

I went in for a tire that was leaking air. An associate told me it was unfixable and that I did not have a spare. He said he was unable to put the original tire back due to policy, so my only option was to buy a new tire. So I did, I bought four.Turns out, I did have a brand new spare and Julio just lied. I wasted over four hours and $600.

I will keep it simple. Poor customer service, understaffed and will only do the absolute minimal. Savings on the tires was offset by the poor customer service.

Always a great experience at Sam's club. Meat has had some great prices recently. This particular place has EV parking as a bonus. And inside is always super clean and spacious. The only issue is that the food area is too close to the check out area and seems to be where the bottle neck is. If the food line is long it can be a challenge making a quick scan and go exit. Quick tip: download the app and use scan and go if you haven't already done so. Saves tons of time.

Sam's club is actually incredible? I bought an annual membership for $25 from Groupon. I basically wanted to see what Sam's Club was all about. I was expecting a glorified "Walmart" experience but all I saw were strong Costco and Costco Business vibes. It's amazing what a "pay wall" will do to change a user experience.Seven truths about Sam's Club. 1. Everything here is also found at both Costco and Costco Business. Packaging and brand names may be different but the products are the same. 2. Diversity of products here is so much deeper than Costco. Costco may only have one option for a cell phone charger but you might five options here.3. Liquor selection is more approachable here. Better variety of smaller liquor bottles and options.4. Their bakery is on par with Coatco but again more options. While it's true that maybe the Costco items are more visually appealing.5. The one area where Costco crushes it is with clothing. 6. Sam's Rotisserie chicken is a big deal. Expect lines. 7. Cheap food court and cheap gass, just like Costco.At this time I think Sam's Club makes a great supplement to Costco. If they ever expended their clothing lines I'd consider switching exclusively.

The issue is that I did my rotors and brake pads at home and noticed that— the tire techs at SC Murrieta Tire Center did not apply Anti-Seize. Tire techs don't forget to put this for other customers cars. Esp after spending 900-1000$ on tires. Thanks a bunch..

Love the self mobile phone checkout for Sam's Plus members it makes it so easy to shop and go. The service today was good as I had to do a return and as always no questions asked and provided the refund. Was proud that our bill "only" came out to $80! Came to only buy a few things but you know how that goes. I noticed today that the shelves were pretty stacked properly from replenishing for the holiday weekend.I like this location because it's not too crazy with customers although the gas lines can get long. The bakery, I believe, has the best hoagie rolls in town! They are always fresh and make a great sandwich.

Seen a lot of 1 star reviews and i cant believe all the Karens leaving reviews. Step back for a professional I bought the membership where i can shop at 8am so i can avoid any lines. The fact that you were cheap and bought the wrong membership is your fault not SamsFor the most part they are in business with everything i need at that early time. Its not a perfect world and sometimes any retail store will be out of something Seen the Costco people chiming in, bye felecia. The workers i run into are always kind to me, but you get what you give i guess.The store manager is always present and making sure that things are right. Nice and respectful, but like i said, you get what you give.Be kind and respectful anywhere in life and see the reactions you get. I have been a member for almost 2 years and have no issues with Sams. Thank you for handling this kind of business with less hiccups than most. Appreciate you all

Wide variety of bulk products at reasonable prices. Clean store with good customer service and a gas station. Loved the grocery selection, the well stocked pharmacy, and "scan & go" app. Definitely a good place to shop for most of your home needs. Their pharmacy was offering both the flue shot and the new CoVID vaccine booster. Talk about having all options under one roof.

Under no conditions should you ever ever order curbside pick-up! I ordered 8 items (none of them needed to be refrigerated) at 10am for a 4-5pm pick up time. 5pm rolls around and I'm waiting in the parking lot with no alert in the app or via text. At 5pm, I walk in to talk to someone about my order. This defeats the purpose of a pick up order! Wait 15 minutes to even talk to someone. Cynthia tells that they haven't started picking my items, told to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot. At 5:45, 45 minutes after the latest time my order was supposed to be ready, I call customer service. They are super rude and I'm told that I'll get a notification when the order is ready. I explain that I've already been waiting, they tell me AGAIN that they haven't started it yet and I have to wait another 20 minutes. Wait the 20 minutes and it still isn't ready. This is a miserable experience and I can't even talk to someone about making it right. Never again. I could order from literally any other store and have my correct items ready within hours and never late like this. 8 hours is more than enough time to pick 8 items!
