Jonathan is a great pharmacist he educated me about how policies and procedures work. My prescribing doctor office and I switched medicine and although the majority of it was an easy fix it was a bit frustrating. Jonathan explained why things are done the way they are done and I just got a sense of being fortunate to have a guy like him on my team. Thanks for everything boss.

I understand that you may have policies for filling prescriptions but there are times when you can make exceptions. I explained that I was going out of town and needed my medication before I left. Refusing to fill it 1/4 of a day early is pretty sad. I was new to this pharmacy because I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated at my last one. Looks like I need to keep looking.

While I was looking at which pickles to get by the deli side, Amanda was so nice she asked if I needed help and my bf said do you guys have samples lol and she froze and said you know what we do have some I can get from the back but we told her no thank you and that it was very nice of her to Offer us a sample! We ended up getting one that she liked and yes the pickles were so good.. it's a busy week hint Thanksgiving is next week they had lots of sales going on... the store was nice and packed with so many things to buy.. the store was nice and clean bright once we checked out our cashier lady was also very helpful and nice .... We left and once we got home we noticed that we missed some items at the store couple cans of tomatoes soup and chili's.. my boyfriend ended up going back he took he's receipt and he said the lady of course remembered him and she was holding on to our cans at the register :)

Ralphs is supposed to be a good grocery store. Near my house it's open later than Barons and Albertsons. It's supposed to be. Heaven forbid I show up at midnight (closing time is 1am) with my newborn who is 9 days old to pick up a couple things. But the stores closed. A little more than an hour before it should be. Now I will never go back to another Ralphs. Heaven forbid a newborn needs a couple things. Now I have to go to Walmart. Thanks a lot. Never again.

The manager Sally is extremely RUDE! They're self checkout can't keep track of what you count. She automatically assumed your trying to steal stuff and comes and takes EVERY single item. ALL 15 ITEMS THST WERE ALREADY BAGGED! Just to count them and doesn't even bother to help rebag them!!!! Then assumes your trying to steal more stuff because she doesn't give you a moment to scan every single item before she starts accusing you more! When you get upset about being accused of stealing after paying for everything and speak up she tries to BAN you from the store! Terrible service!!!! She clearly needs some classes on customer service or get rid of the stupid self checkout if you can't trust your customers that go there every single day multiple times a day!

I crave watermelon all the time but I'm horrible at picking out a good one. Whenever I go to Ralph's I get the advice of whoever is working in produce though and they never fail me. They always find one that is sweet and just right. Yay, that's great service! I like to buy organic and this Ralph's has what I feel is a really good selection, for times I can't go to Sprouts or Barons. It's always fresh and the selection is seasonably good. We like to eat vegan, as much as we can, so I look for those kinds of foods. The selection on those products keeps growing so that's another plus, not just for this grocery store but others. The bakery has a lovely selection of yummy things. That's a tempting area in this store, I have to admit. Sourdough bread to cookies and donuts... yum! Grocery clerks, baggers, deli help... I've only had good and cheerful experiences. Thank you m, everyone who works there, for your smiles and thoughtful service. Their prices seem relatively competitive. Oh! There's a really beautiful selection of flowers too! I'm a sucker for flowers. Flowers always create a wonderful ambiance.

This (Plaza Del Oro) location has been challenged for years, about 50% of my visits (dozens of visits) I end up bagging my own groceries because there is no one around (that is paid to) to do it. A quarter of the other times, a cashier ends up bagging them.Not all but many of the employees are very open with their dissatisfaction of working there, their schedules, etc. That may be commonplace due to their working situation but should never be seen as acceptable in front of customers.As a place simply to get groceries it is average, but definitely not a location to feel like a valued customer.

I have been coming to this store since it opened 20 years ago. The staff has always been friendly. I use their pharmacy and have been pleased with the service, in particular pharmacist Jonathan. Nothing is perfect, not sure why some people have posted rather negative reviews of this location.David D.

First they overcharge you then they stall and stall to send the promised refund back. Go to Stater Brothers to shop instead.

This Ralph's has the worst customer service! Sad and disappointing.I no longer want to go to this store as I have experienced racism and prejudice on more than one occasion. I will be waiting in line with my groceries ready for checkout and the same guy always makes it a point to leave the bagging whenever I'm next in line. Maybe it's my middle eastern heritage that intimidates this guy but I'mCalling him out and making this a bigger deal because it wasn't an isolated experience rather a recurring theme. It's a shame and I'm calling corporate to report this man because I can't function anymore or leave my house due to this man and this store. Im participating in a documentary and he will be exposed along with Kroger Corp if something is not done about this guy. Young shaggy hair not too tall and black rimmed glasses. Gotta end this crap in my neighborhood before it gets worse

This Ralph's is a pretty good store. Interactions with staff have always been pleasant. They usually have a decent stock of everything and the store is clean. The only downside to coming here is when the teenage boys from the high-school up the street are set loose. That's when shopping becomes an event that has tested my patience to the point that I skip shopping here when I see the kids are out. You wouldn't think a bunch of teeny bopper boys would have any interest in a 50+ old lady but they do. I've ignored and endured their fuckery on a few occasions. It's not their fault that they need attention so bad that they go into a grocery store to find what mommy and daddy have never given them :( I'll take the extra loud girls any day over the boys....at least the girls are too wrapped up in themselves to be pricks to the rest of us. So happy shopping...just don't go after school is let out, it's much more peaceful ;)

This review is for the curbside pick up option. I love this option and it's my new thing to do all the time, especially when life gets busy!! The staff (mostly young adults) is so friendly, polite, and professional. They really try and put the utmost effort in selecting all the exact items on my list every time. Rarely do they ever substitute anything. For the first time ever, they forgot one bag (my wine) and before I was able to make it home or even noticed, he called me and let me know it was still there and apologized profusely. No biggie, mistakes happen, I just circled back and got it! Loved how he took the initiative to immediately call and correct the mistake. Kudos and keep up the good work!!

Really sad that customer service isn't always consistent. I went in to the floral department after grocery shopping and the same women "helped" me. She was filled with such attitude and was annoyed with anything I had to say. This experience left such a sour taste in my mouth, I'm really upset about it because she used to be nice and helpful.
