He made sure I got everything I wanted in my outdoor kitchen. Besides being a great guy, he had great communication through the entire process and delivered on all promises! This Place saved us from Bull bbq catastrophic failure. We called Mark From Premier bbq and explained what we need and he gave us a price that beat everybody in our area. When we got to the showroom he provided us with tons of options within our budget range. The most important part of all in our signed contract it says 6-8 weeks delivery but he verbally said it will be ready in 4 weeks, we're wasn't expecting that But to our surprise exactly 4 weeks I got a phone call and it was ready so I have to schedule with his delivery guy plus 3 days wait not bad for a 6-8weeks wait. All in all we are satisfied with the bbq Island and we highly recommend this place!

Just received our outdoor kitchen. We love it. Was supposed to take 6-8 weeks and was ready in 5 weeks. Great service. Christian was great in getting us exactly what we were looking for. Also cheaper than others in the area. Great quality.

Premier BBQ Islands has built us the perfect size Barbecue island for our dream backyard/side yard remodel. We purchased from Christian and that guy is fantastic to work with. Yes he knows his products, measurements, colors, and took a lot of questions, and gave us his time to really put before our best choices and use of the space. We knew immediately that he knows the important answers for our project and he had foresight to make this build a great success for our family home utilizing the space and being truthful during all of our discussions yes both by phone and in store. We are so happy that we went to his store in Murrietta even with our San Diego address. If we had to choose all over again we would definitely go back there. Yes we shopped a bunch before going there and …Yes we are very satisfied customers!

This place is a rip off and you’re better off getting most items from Amazon. They talked my wife into buying a bunch of stuff that she didn’t need and she spent over $6000. They allowed me to return a few things ($300 worth of fire glass), but not all the extra stuff we didn’t need. They were rude and literally told me my best bet was to try to sell it, because I was stuck with it. Mind you, boxes were not opened.

Customer service is beyond horrible! Will never work with them again nor recommend them to anyone! Couldn’t get my BBQ island right and took them about two months to make it complete…that’s outrageous! And I the customer had to keep calling them to get updates no one ever call me about any issue, the communication sucks. If I could give zero stars I would have.
