I'm a new business owner. Yesterday I visited this branch to get information about opening a new business account. But as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome, the person who spoke to me, didn't wanna help infact I felt discriminated.

Friendly Service and tellers. Didn't take long at all. Offered coffee and cookies. Pleasant place for banking. Did not feel rushed or out of place as the other yelp says. All in all good bank with nice people and good customer service.

Rude tellers . And very judgmental they can't believe a person who doesn't look wealthy can make ok money and have to go through 5 people to OK my check just to cash it . But when others are next to me can cash their checks with ease . A very uncomfortable place to do business at when you don't meet their standards. This type of customer service can ruin a persons day for what they do to someone's self esteem. Thanks Pacific Western Bank This isn't the first time.
