I'll keep this short and civil and not let my anger do the yapping. Dude is too worried about being a You Tube celebrity than following up on his 100K solar panel job he did for me. Don't even bother reaching out to me Dale, I'll find someone here in Rancho Cucamonga who's less distracted and wants to help.

Dale, owner did a great job 3 years ago when we installed our solar system. Recently we upgraded to a new modem and the WiFi was off with the solar. No matter how many times I followed the directions on Enphase and had my neighbor review it, we couldn’t reset the WiFi. After a call to Dale, it was updated right away by Jamie, the technician, that paired his iPad with my WiFi and reset the system. Great customer service and great install. Solar working amazing for 3 years.

Dale was great. He answered all my questions and professionally installed my new solar system, along with an electrical panel upgrade, and NEMA charger. He then helped me with some city plans for my ADU solar requirement at no-charge. Highly recommend :)

Charged me to come out and diagnose the issue with my solar system. After that first visit that said they would send me and estimate for the repairs. When I got they estimate I realized that they never figured out the problem and they were going to charge me another diagnostic fee. After they left I checked the roof and found that they left some mechanical connections undone on the panels. They also left pieces of the inverter unconnected. I ended up calling another solar repair company and they had everything fixed within a few hours for a reasonable cost.

Dale was simply awesome. He definitely knows his number, how to calculate system size, amount of panels you will need. I highly recommend watching his YouTube Videos. He was quick to respond to all my questions and trust me I had a lot. He was very honest with his answer and opinions which is rare in the “Solar Business”.Thank you Dale!!!!
