It started off great until not even a week or two later I was getting notes every day on how bad my daughter was misbehaving and such a nuisance to their staff. Mind you she just turned two. We just moved her daycare's because moved. We never had any issues at her previous daycare and we were there for 16 months, The Director and most of the staff were so rude and disrespectful to myself and husband. They did not offer any help or any solutions at all for any of the issues that were going on and gave us a week to find a new daycare. We were only there a month now they keep sending me bills two months later to pay all these daycare fees like we still attend there it's super annoying. It's borderline harassment. If you try to email them, they do not reply and ignore you. I have multiple examples . They do not help still even months later please do not take your kid here and save the stress, I do not recommend them to anybody. My child started to regress there as well due to the lack of care and education. I'm sure they'll come on my post and say how sorry they are for the misunderstanding to make up some b******* excuse don't fall for you guys. There are plenty of other day cares around in the area that are way better top rated.

KinderCare Murrieta has been wonderful since the first day I walked in for a tour. I immediately felt a welcoming and inclusive environment. The director and her staff have always been very compassionate, understanding, accommodating, loving and caring with our son. We especially appreciate all the small things that the staff members do for our son. Those acts of kindness may seem small but they make a big difference and show that attention is being given to details. Our son has been attending KinderCare since he was two and is now in prekindergarten. He loves his teachers and classmates and looks forward to going to school every day. One of the main reasons we chose KinderCare is because of their accreditation and academic curriculum. Our son is acquiring all the knowledge, skills and abilities for his age and will be well prepared to transition into kindergarten successfully. We love the KinderCare application because it is updated throughout the day with our son's academic progress, activities, meals and pictures of what he is doing. It is also an additional tool to be able to communicate with his teacher or the director. KinderCare has taken all the necessary steps and recommendations to reduce the risk of COVID-19. We were allowed to take our son out of school at the onset of the pandemic without being charged for tuition, were kept informed about the status of the virus's impacts on the school during his absence and he was able to return once we felt comfortable and saw KinderCare successfully implement the safety measures to avoid contagion. Our son has been back in school since June and we have not gotten sick due to their safety and sanitary measures. We look forward to enrolling our one-year-old daughter in the near future. Thank you KinderCare Murrieta staff for everything you do for our son, family and community.

My boys adore the employees so much! They come home telling me how much fun they have with you all & how sweet and kind you all are to them. I appreciate it so much ❤️ Thank you for filling my boys minds with so much love and gratitude while I’m away at work. Everyone greats them by their names and smiles. This is our youngest first experience in a childcare center and after his adjustment time he runs right in without saying bye to me.

My boys absolutely adore the employees that work here. They are in two different age groups and walk in with smiles each and every day. They are also always greeted with smiles and by name on their way in. Something that stands out is how highly our boys talk about their providers in the center. Our youngest is filled with love from staff, reassurance, and how thankful they are to have him there. He comes home everyday saying how much he loves them & how kind they are to him. They are always updating me with what they are doing throughout the day and what he's eaten/hasn't eaten. My oldest also loves his providers, they had such a positive impact on his life so far as well. He is comfortable and feels safe going to KinderCare. I appreciate all of the staff showing up for my kids and all of the other kids each and every single day. I know that when they are in KinderCare they are being treated with love and respect which makes us parents going to work everyday easier!

My kids have been going to murrieta kindercare since they were both 3 months old. We have been nothing but happy with how they are taken care of and how much they have learned and excelled. Whenever there has been any issues such as my son biting or trouble adjusting they have continued to work with us to figure out exactly what the problem is and fix it. The teachers and staff are always friendly and we love how involved the director and assistant director are with the kids. We would recommend this daycare to anyone!!

They do a great job with our 2 kids 2 and 10. Our toddler has learned so many new things and words. Our 10 year old looks forward to going every day.

This is a wonderful place! The teachers and staff are truly dedicated to creating a fun and positive learning environment. The extra activities are wonderful. My son was there for two years and enjoyed all of his classrooms. Thank you Kindercare!

I called to ask about availability. They said they had availability and I just had to make an appointment for the next day which I did. Showed to my appointment, filled out paperwork to find out there was a waiting list. Complete waste of time.

This place is amazing. My 3 year old son has been going there for about a year and he LOVES it. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about the kids. Safe clean and everyone is always smiling. I feel secure knowing my son is safe while I'm at work. They also spend time doing a variety of things from outside play to arts & crafts, and lots of educational activities. You wont regret bringing your kid here!

Great facility. Great staff and teachers. My daughter loves it. They pay attention to detail when it comes to her. As a new mom I was nervous about her being away from me while at work and they have made it so much easier. I probably called 2 to 3 times a day in the beginning to check on her. They were very understanding and comforting. I would highly recommend this Kindercare facility to any parent looking for great care for their child.

My daughters have been going to Kindercare Murrieta for about 6 months now. I have a 5yr old and a 2yr old. The facililty overall looks good. The staff is friendly and every time an issue came up they were quick to resolve the problem. The ladies that that work with my daughters are great and my daughters seem to have a good bond with them. They do offer services to take your school age kids to class and pick them up as well which is handy for us at times. Overall we are happy with our experience at KinderCare Murrieta.

My daughter has attended KinderCare for 3 years and I have to say this is an excellent place. The teachers and aides are amazing. They care a lot about the kids and the place is very clean. My daughter gets help with homework and loves the activities. The leadership of KinderCare goes above and beyond to help you out and it really shows how much everyone cares. I highly recommend this place.
