“I went a couple of weeks on a Saturday and I cant remember the name of the guy who helped us, tall slim but he was one of the nicest when it comes to help us to resolve our issue. It was a young lady I believe she was the manager or some type of supervisor and she was not helpful and kinda annoying when I asked questions but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to add more lines, she was very pushy and barely helping us with stuff we were there for. 5 stars to the guy, 1 stars to her.”
“Went in for an upgrade today 8/3/23. Was promptly and courteously greeted by Moises. He got us a free upgrade with trade-in, which was a pleasant surprise since the person I talked to at T-mobile customer service the day before said my trade-in value would be zero dollars. (Always go into a T-mobile store to check on promotions, true trade-in values, etc. because sometimes the people at their foreign call centers have no idea what they’re talking about!)We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Moises was a pleasure to work with; very professional and knowledgeable. If you’re in the market for a new phone or an upgrade, and you’re in the Temecula area, go to this T-mobile store. Of all the locations I’ve been to, this one has had the best customer service by far. No upselling, no pressure, no hassles.”

“Very organized, clean, and calm!I'm not sure if this location is new or not, but it's super nice and quite large. Everything was fully stocked and there weren't any items placed randomly. They have everything including a Starbucks and Target Optical. I think because the location is secluded that it was sort of empty and quiet. I actually enjoyed that and it made my shopping trip quite peaceful. The workers are really knowledgeable and I was able to return my item in less than a minute! The prices are pretty standard and everything was labeled correctly. Highly recommend if you want a more quiet and relaxing Target to do your browsing in!”

“First 5 stars alone for being in a huge parking lot where you didn't have to fight for parking. Second, walking in, no line, no wait were also huge bonuses. BUT in all honestly, the main factor for this well deserved 5 star review is definitely your employee, Chris. We have never been to this location before and I'm kicking myself for that. He was so helpful, so patient, so kind and just very in-tune with what we were asking help with. He didn't give up until exhausting every single option while answering questions like a saint.
