Checked in to pick up meds for my son and waited a little over 20 minutes and the place was pretty empty. Went back up to check and see if the meds were ready and apparently the dude never put in the order so we had to wait another 20 minutes. They really need to do some better training or have regular competency checks for their workers.

Not very informative nor care for patients. Filled prescriptions for surgery (mastectomy) the day before. They didn’t tell me that one was missing. The next day ( morning of surgery) I get a text saying pain meds ready. I rush to pick and was told it wasn’t ready and had to wait. Way to add stress to an already stressful day.

This is a very clean, well-run facility... I've spent the last 7 months dealing with an elderly parent who suffered a severe stroke. We've dealt with several different Dr's, facilities, and pharmacies. I have to say--Kaiser has definitely evolved for the better over the years. The facilities are nice and modern and they've established a very user-friendly information system. And so far, we haven't had a single experience where the staff wasn't helpful with a pleasant attitude! Kudos Kaiser--you've come a very long way since the nurses strike in 1977!! ?

For refills In and out most of the time. Parking on street for larger vehicles, ( RV) this is an easyer in and out for pick up. Than most. While traveling so Cal.
