Always Wonderful experience @ Greer Ranch;))
Extremely pleasing 2 the eyes and well maintained. Great front gate security ( Fyi- Need DL or NO entry). Very safe community! Pleasantly diverse as well. Homes are worth every penny and hav several models that are contemporary, and layouts r very desirable.
The community center has large parking ?️ lot, clubhouse, w/ pool, & playground. Defly looks and seems competently operated and exceeds expectations. Folks within are always displaying a truly friendly & pleasant community. Greer Ranch is a true Gem ? in the Hills!

Called to ask for information and Deana (I believe that’s her name) answered. She sounded so sweet but after she found out that I’m not part of the community, she was dismissive and hanged up on me after answering my question. At least I got an answer ??♂️

My brother lives here and what a great community! They had a petting zoo, food truck, and fun activities for Halloween! Very safe for families!! Lots of Veterans and Police Officers here. If you're looking for a safe place for little kids this is the place to be!!

Living in Greer Ranch is great!! Lots of value here, very secure...our guards at the gate do a great job, beautiful clubhouse, well kept streets, lots of beautiful landscaping, mature trees, parks, hiking trails and basketball court, if you are lucky enough to have a view or a big backyard, you'll appreciate living here everyday. Best of all, I have wonderful neighbors, great mix of families (from retirees to young families). Close enough to everything you need. Been here since 2007. One more thing...I love the wildlife we have here...deer, bob cats, coyotes, raccoons, all kind of birds, rabbits and squirrels. I guess I should mention we have rattlesnakes too, I don't like them very much, but I'm sure they help keep the mice away.

Nice comunity, over all good play areas, a nice pool area clean and so on. It is a gated community now well for the last few years with a little guard shack and so on. Getting in can be a bit of a pain if visiting family or friends and worse if your in a hurry.
