It was September 2nd Labor Day and I needed to get my air cabin filter replaced. I called and spoke to Murrieta Tire and Auto Repair they quoted 50 dollars and when I get them, they wanted 85 dollars. Then they decided they were not going to do it as it was too complicated and would cost more and they were not comfortable doing it as I had opened up a few screws. I went to Diversified Auto and they were closed. I saw a truck pull up with their sign, so I asked the driver, and he said they were closed but asked me what I wanted. He said he could do the cabin filter. It was extremely hot in the parking lot where he came to help me out. He was sweating and he had to go in an out to get tools to get the job done. Kevin was great. He went over and beyond and even opened up the air circulation thing to see if there was a dead mouse trapped since there was a foul smell in the car. Kevin displayed customer service, and I would recommend him and Diversified auto. He was fair and only charged me $50 for working in the heat on a holiday.

They were very honest & helpful. & were very accommodating w/ times.
Finished scheduled work quickly.
Planning return as needed & time permits.
Did return & got Oil Pan replaced. Done quickly & all seems to be working correctly.
They helped get me to another appt happening at same time & then got me back when all done. Great guys!
