My quality Jacuzzi hot tub needed a part and Cal-West was there to help. While finding the part was important, I have to say the best part of the experience was the exceptional service provided by Jordan. He went above and beyond to not only confirm the correct part, but to ship it out immediately in a very well packaged box. Jordan was friendly and helpful throughout our interaction. I know that a single part may not be a huge deal to most people, but Jordan's positive attitude and personal attention has earned all my business going forward for any purchases in the outdoor living space. These days it can be tough to find this level of service, so I highly recommend Cal-West. My sincere Thanks.

Just received our custom patio furniture and couldn't be happier. We were advised that it would take months it to get due to COVID, but it actually came in a couple of months earlier than expected. Calwest is a family owned business and I can't express enough how much they care about making sure we bought what we wanted and were pleased with the delivered product. The experience from when we walked in the showroom to the setup on our patio was great! We couldn't be happier and not only would we buy from them again, but would recommend them without reservations. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Zero Stars. If you like NO customer service and low inventory, this is your place. The absolute rudest salesperson we've encountered in ages. No one else in store, not close to closing time and he couldn't manage to break free from his computer screen to even acknowledge that we were in the store. Beyond unacceptable.

We had been looking for a hot tub for the past 6 months. We searched all over Orange, Riverside, and Northern San Diego counties by visiting every showroom. We even went back to several locations multiple times. Cal West was a dealer we kept going back to. Not only is Jacuzzi a top brand, we kept going back because Jordan and Paul would always answer our questions. Other places kept trying to push the high dollar units with all the bells and whistles. At Cal West, we were educated about all Jacuzzi levels and what the features were, how each had to be maintained, and price points. They let us choose what worked best for us. This was important since it was our first time buying one.Once we had our concrete slab in and HOA approval, we were ready to pull the trigger. Unfortunately for us, this crazy pandemic hit. No more hot tubs - anywhere! Two week lead times turned into 3 months. Knowing that we wanted a hot tub, Jordan was able to find us one. Purchased and delivered within weeks.The delivery and set-up went smooth. They placed it right where we wanted and clean-up afterwards. We had our electrician complete the set up a few days later. What stood out to me was that Paul made himself available to walk me through the initial chemical process via FaceTime when the store was closed. Who else would do that - Not many, if any!So far, Cal West is top notch! I haven't had to use them for repairs (hopefully won't need it), but based on sales, install, and customer service, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa.
