This was the worst experience I had in a Walgreens, a night shift employee threatened to call the cops when my family and I were walking around and seeing the items they had. This doesn't even deserve a one star

The level of customer service received by the night pharmacist on the phone was truly insincere. As many women may know that some contraceptive pills with the same active ingredient is essential "the same" but everyone experiences a wide range of side effects based on the brand or generic version they use. I would have expected the pharmacist to be more empathetic in her approach and way of delivering her message that the pills "were all basically the SAME THING". I remained calm and didn't try to justify myself but still tried to request the brand I continued to use for the past year. She sounded so agitated that I dared to ask for the same generic brand of pills to stay consistent. Besides that experience, visiting Walgreens has been increasingly inconvenient and frustrating. They don't train their staff to be kind and helpful. The pharmacists here and in Sunnyvale appear extremely unhappy/bad at providing a decent customer service experience to people who bring business to Walgreens.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY! 2 in a Half hours waiting for the medications at the pharmacy. On top of the initial 45 minutes in line just to be told they were not ready. In addition I was seen and the doctors sent the prescriptions at 12pm. It's now 8:30pm and still waiting. No costumer service explanation. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the Bay Area.

I’ve used this place for a while because they’re open 24 hours but I’m seriously regretting that. They’re routinely understaffed and have huge lines for pickup. When I order delivery they lose track of the order and I have to call and sit on hold to ask them to send it multiple times. The last straw for me was they said I had to come in to pick up a prescription because it was a controlled substance. I got an express pass but even then waited over 45 minutes, only to be told they had lost it and couldn’t remake it because it’s controlled. They expected me to just sit there indefinitely while they searched the whole store for it.

Always unnecessarily long wait, and while waiting, I always regret why I did not chose Amazon pharmacy.

This is my favorite Walgreens location in the Bay Area. They have a really great staff that will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your time here. I recently came out to pick up some folders and a stapler and Gregory was working. Gregory was super friendly and knowledgeable and he even helped me sign up for Walgreens Rewards and I ended up saving nearly $3.00 on my purchase during this visit alone!

Had a vaccination appointment. At first, I was surprised by two contradictory signs at the vaccination window. But that was nothing compared to a wait time of over an hour (1:10h to be exact) for a vaccination. Most inefficient pharmacy ever!

On 9/21/23, graveyard shift cashier Gregory ridiculed me for not donating $1 to whatever charity is featured. He continued to ridicule me throughout the transaction. He shouldn't be in customer service.

This is a review for the pharmacy, a mix of visiting it at a good time (4 stars) and at a bad time (1 star or zero stars if possible). The place is quite badly organized, this explains the preponderance of 1-star reviews here.My experience on weekday at 4PM: come at a wrong time, the place is miserable: I have waited in line for 40 (!) minutes (there were only 3 chairs for 10+ people!), then the young pharmacist was not able to locate my prescription (transmitted electronically by a major hospital) or even simply find my record in the computer (I've been at this place many times before) and redirected me to another window (used for covid shots arrangements), where a more experienced employee was working, waited for 10 more minutes, pushed this person to take care of me, blocked the COVID line for 10 minutes, was told to come back in half an hour to pick up the prescription. NONE of interactions were smooth, everyone spent at least 5 minutes at the window. Very bad experience, and would have been a total disaster if one doesn't know how to work the system. Came later the same day at 7PM - no lines. Waited at the window for 5 minutes and finally got my prescription. Why come here at all? Well this is one of the few remaining places left with long hours of operation (don't trust the 424/7 label, they do close for the night). It the expanded hours are not important to you, avoid: there are many more predictable pharmacies. If someone from Walgreens is reading:1) There are three windows to service the general line. Man at least two of them at peak times: there were 6 (six!) people behind the glass during my first, horrible, visit.2) Fix the IT systems. They are either broken or too complex. Getting my prescription right took the most senior pharmacist 10 minutes. Both the prescription and my data should have been already in the system.3) While at it, fix the express checkout. It did not work at all when I tried.4) Reorganize and/or expand the pharmacy area. Part of the problem was clearly due to drugs - and filled prescriptions - being hard for staff to locate.

It's great that their pharmacy service is 24 hours. The downsides are:1. I often need to wait about an hour or more in line.2. Even though I got Walgreens phone call and app message that my prescription is ready, when I get there, wait for 1 hour, they say that it isn't ready. Then I wait like additional half an hour or so to pick up mine.3. Sometimes I get "action required" notice on my app and make a phone call to fix the issue. There was NOTHING I did to unblock it after a few machine screening and DOB check etc. They said that it'd go through and the prescription would be ready in 3 hours. But until I call them, it just kept pending.4. Sometimes I finish patment and wait for a pharmacist for 20 minutes to hear a few sentences.Great pharmacy if you have unlimited time and enjoy being waiting. Sometimes waiting is a joy of life, like waiting for your loved one for a date or waiting for Santa's gift. Try to remember that emotion. At least they are nice people, so I give 1 shiny star.

You are gonna die in line for a prescription here. The line is here regardless of the time of the day. Make sure you use a different pharmacy.

We got and appointment for the flu vaccine, and when we arrived on time, they told us to do the single line. We wait 1h and 30m with a toddler. What a customer experience. Lastly it is really dirty.
