Easily my new favorite workout class! I have been coming once a week for the past few months and have already seen a difference in my overall strength. Fun classes, clean studio, and amazing instructors! Absolutely recommend!

I love it here! You're sure to get a warm welcome and a workout that will kick your butt. I've never had an instructor that I didn't enjoy. Bring grippy socks (or buy them here) and if it's your first time, roll in early so they can show you how the machines work. The instructors do a great job of balancing personal support with space so you can figure the exercises out on your own if you'd rather. They'll push you but also let you take breaks when your legs feel like falling off. My literal only complaint is that I often come via ClassPass and it's tricky to get a spot because everyone else wants to come!

LOVE megaformer pilates! Been going weekly for about a year now and all the instructors are really great and patient. Some will kindly guide you if your form is off, but no one is yelling/pushing you during the exercises - you go at your own comfort level/pace. It's a welcoming space for newcomers! The studio is pretty small but clean and there are cubbies to put your bags/shoes. There is also a bathroom and changing room. Grippy socks are a must but if you forget yours they sell and rent grippy socks (latter for $4 a pair). They also sell some other cute workout clothes at the front desk. Consistency yields results at megaformer!

I've been regularly liftings weights but never enjoyed leg workouts previously. I've basically replaced my leg and core workouts with Lagree, and I love it! Small movements, constant tension, and you'll work muscles you didn't even know you had. The instructors are amazing and the studio is super clean and welcoming. Highly recommend trying it out!

I've attended 16 classes at Transformer Fitness Studios. I am 71 years old and attend two times a week. TFS instructors vary in style, music and approach, making each instructor a unique experience. There is one instructor that asks about books or movies you have enjoyed recently and we all get to hear some great suggestions. At the end of the 45-minute session I am tired but I have energy galore. Amazing! I find TFS has improved my balance and strength. I challenge myself to do the best with each exercise.

I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for my first class, but I was hooked after! The workouts challenge you, but the instructor and studio environment make it fun. I highly recommend!

wonderful lagree studio in the heart of downtown mountain view! i took a few classes here to prepare myself for a solidcore class in the east coast (spoiler alert: it did). ive had several different instructors, and while they all had different personalities, i found each of them super helpful with any modifications or adjustments i needed. i highly recommend taking the beginner class once if you arent familiar with the megaformer. they rarely have these beginner classes so if theres a spot, snag it quickly! one beginner class is enough tbh. had experience with a pilates reformer beforehand but i still felt the need to take the beginner class over at their saratoga location (that location is also beautiful!). downtown mt view location has mostly has the regular megaformer classes for all levels but dont let that scare you. always end up feeling like death midway through a move but i gladly come back for another class! its a good kind of hurt lol. bring a towel if youre a sweaty kween like myself :p

I have been coming to this studio after my second c-section and really wanted to focus on strengthening my core.. i have not been disappointed! The classes are always challenging and I feel really target my deep core muscles beyond anything regular crunches could ever do! The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and motivate everyone to embrace the shakes.

Love this studio! They have the best instructors! Transform is a very encouraging studio & I appreciate how all the instructors motivate me while also making small corrections to my form so that I don't hurt myself and am getting the most out of my workouts with them. The little shop in the front is also very cute and it's so fun seeing the occasional store dog

One of my favorite places to go to workout! I've never done Lagree before coming to the studio, so I was a bit intimidated initially. However, the instructors are consistently great, giving motivating feedback as well as offering individual corrections on form and movement. This all makes for a great workout that pushes you for those 45 minutes and leaves you sweating but accomplished!

I've taken 15 classes at this studio and have loved each one! All of the instructors are helpful, kind, and professional, and I always look forward to a class here! I really appreciate the fact that some instructors learn and remember our names - it just makes the workout experience feel a lot more supportive- I also love that they take the time to give each person gentle corrections so that we don't get hurt and we feel the effects of each session. I'll definitely be coming back, consistently :)

Great full body Lagree-method workout in a frequently cleaned and spacious studio. Conveniently located on Castro. I started here after moving from the east coast where I was doing Solidcore; Transform has more variety in exercises and a more calming atmosphere in comparison.

it doesn't say the late policy on the platform I booked. I was 2 min late and not allow to attend the class and refused to get my refund . Bad attitude It's okay to have restrictive policy but it's important to make it clear on the booking platforms like MINDBODY or Classpass

I like the Megaformer workout classes more and more every time I go to the Transform Fitness Studio in MV. The studio provided a serene environment with knowledgeable instructors and they are very supportive. The variety in classes, from beginner to advanced levels, catered to diverse fitness needs. The emphasis on core strength and flexibility left me feeling invigorated after each session. The studio is clean and well-maintained space added to the overall positive experience. Overall, a great choice for those seeking a balanced and effective Pilates workout!
