Prologue - Subscribed to a post paid plan. Was misled on the promo. Billing issues. Substantial miscommunication with T-Mobile support. Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star! He spent several hours with support on my behalf to have this issue sorted. The epitome of how customer support ought to be - and fundamentally how people ought to be, kind and compassionate. Go Bambi!Shout-out also to Kevin and store manager, Ashley. Similar experience different day. If you are still considering T-Mobile, and going into a store, this is the store you want to visit!

Make sure that Samatha isn’t the one “helping” you. She is determined to make the customer wrong. When I told her that I was in a hurry, she told me to come back later despite the fact that there were three employees and I was the only customer. I was attempting to return my old phone after all the data had been transferred. I had been told to just drop it off. Samantha wanted to explain how I was wrong and how she was right about everything.Alexa had sold me a new phone yesterday and she was super helpful and professional. Samantha needs a lot of training in customer service. She is on a power trip.

Spent 3 hours there and watch we are paying for still doesn't work how it should. Travis is great he spent 3 hours with 3 different people and still didn't get it fixed. Imagine if it is just a customer. Good customer service, but tech support is almost bad enough to bring down to 1 star.

Want to give a shout out to Grevys for providing an amazing customer experience. After a mix up during the sign up process, he went above and beyond to ensure I got signed up for the right plan despite having to navigate some unnecessary procedures with phone CSRs. Rarely do encounter a rep that goes out of their way to shield customers from painful corporate procedures. Thank you Grevys for providing a flawless customer experience and helping me navigate the crazy complexity of getting on the right plan which should in theory be a simple process.

Worst of all T-Mobile locations.Employees go out of their way to make you wait and be rude about it. This location destroys the good will of the T-Mobile Tuesday benefit. The Greeter will only address the person at the head of the line and won’t even acknowledge you until that customer has waited for 10 minutes and been seated with the next assistant.With other stores, if you show the Tuesday app at the door or see a line, they bring the items out in a box and thank each of you quickly for being a customer in less than a minute.(On a Tuesday, even a child could figure out a way to be polite and gracious to your most valued customers)With this store, I’ve waited 20 minutes for them to handle 2 people as they troubleshoot their accounts or discuss upgrades, even though all they had to do for me was reach into the box and hand me the freebie. And then they don’t thank you but simple dismiss you.I’ve tried this store 3 times now over 2 years, and always the same result.Other stores really made me feel valued, and it was the other stores that kept me with T-Mobile even when their service became spotty. This one always makes me reconsider changing carriers, which is the opposite of the Tuesday intention.It is well worth driving 15 minutes out of your way to choose ANY OTHER store.

Matt and company provide great support and run a terrific store. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. This place is very well managed.

They don't have much inventory. I needed to replace my protective screen but they didn't have it. Also if you have a signal problem at home and you need booster they don't provide you. You have to contact tmobile through your phone and from home where you cannot get any signal! Lol!

I had Sprint for many years and I always had very good signal. But with T-mobile it's the complete opposite, more often than not I either don't have signal or have terrible signal, and my calls are always dropping. And don't even get me started on their customer service at this store, it will always end in a bad experience.
