5/4/21My first time to be helped Live to activate my Sprint Moto E at this TMobile Retail Store at the San Antonio Shopping center. Parking was convenient. Jade the agent was friendly enough to activate my new replacement phone from Asurion. It’s funny that Asurion didn’t send me the Sim Card when they shipped the new phone to my address.Thanks to Agent Jade: my phone is now activated.Hope my next visit will be as good as today.Thanks for reading.

This was my go to store- until today! I've never had such worst customer service from KARLA ZAMUDIO! Not only did she not know what she was talking about as she was obviously in training! While the other associate Biraj walking through the system. When I said "she's obviously still in training" KARLA had the attitude to say she was not in training. Karla should not be in Customer Service as she doesn't understand the meaning of "Customer Service". Did I mention that contactless payment was accept in my prior visits then all of sudden they no longer provide contactless payment. Very disappointed with how this store has changed.

Stopped in for a warranty exchange. Even though I had an appointment and could provide the confirmation e-mail, I was told they could not help me without a picture ID. I understand this is their policy, so I have no problem with that. It was the way the employees talked to me that made me feel they did not care about me or the predicament I was in. The store manager, Karla, has a toxic attitude toward customers. It apparently rubbed off on fellow employee Dwayne, because he simply followed her lead and talked to me in a similar, uncaring manner. It's all about the tone of voice. A few sympathetic words are all I wanted from them and they wouldn't give them to me. When I complained, Karla just walked away and Dwayne gave me an insincere "I apologize for any inconvenience". I will avoid this location as long as these employees are there.

DO NOT GO HERE! Sprint offered me a great deal to switch to T-Mobile, but told me I had to go into a store to do it. I went to this location. I told two employees that I was switching due to an offer that Sprint had given me and that they needed to contact Sprint. I told them multiple times. They didn't listen to me, switched me to T-Mobile before contacting Sprint. They erased all of my history with Sprint before contacting Sprint. Then they told me they couldn't give me what Sprint had offered, that I had to call T-Mobile. T-Mobile said they couldn't help me due to the change in service, effectively erasing my info from Sprint. T-Mobile will not help you and their employees do not care about you. DO NOT USE THEM. Go to Verizon.

I bought a new phone from Saul at T-Mobile in San Antonio Center. He was wonderful - gave me a lot of info, showed me different options, went over everything about the one I chose, and even transferred all my data from my old phone. He's very good at answering questions informatively without being condescending.

Biraj he was really helpful. We were here to get a new phone for my wife and he got us the best deal we ever had in our life. We got some promo of $200 as well. He was the best.I would recommend biraj to everyone.

Cynthia is very personable and knowledgeable. Biraj was very transparent about costs and looked into available offers for me. They both were a great help in making a decision to upgrade and provide full options. I'd recommend visiting here for your Sprint/T-mobile needs.

Came in because we had a busted up iPhone. Unfortunately found out that we didn’t buy full coverage on the phone so had to get a new one. But the T-Mobile associate was really helpful in getting us set up quickly. He also found different promotions to try and keep our costs down as much as possible.I recommend buying the phone coverage insurance as Apple Care is very limited on what it will cover.

This was one of the few T Mobiles that was big enough for multiple people to shop. Our wait was about an hour (which was understandable due to the Covid queue), but they took our # to call when they were ready.I forgot the name of the gentleman (Middle Eastern/Asian) that helped us, but he was super helpful getting my sister and I new phones. There were some issues with my account, but he helped us figure it out. We took up about 45mins+ of his time (which is another reason I didn't complain about the original wait), but he was patient and we were good to go in the end!We're pretty loyal to "our" T Mobile store, but we may switch up and start coming here! :)
