I had been looking for some Superdeck stain by Duckback. Went to two different ACE hardware stores, and to a Sherwin Williams store in Woodside. Nobody had this in stock, and they couldn't tell me where to find it either. The Sherwin Williams in Mountain View came to the rescue! Sean, the manager, explained that Duckback had been bought by Sherwin Williams, and picked out the equivalent product for me. He also helped me pick the right paint roller for the stain Excellent customer service, a very clean and appealing store. There was no wait, even though they were handling multiple customers at the same time. My goto paint store !!

Don't use this store if you want your contractor to pick up the paint. We ordered 40 gallons of paint and the store doesn't allow me to pay for it ahead of the pickup. They insist on calling me to process the payment when my contractor picks it up. It's super inconvenient.

I highly recommend Sherwin Williams in Mountain Vieew. I needed a few color scheme samples to paint the exterior of our home. Sean went above and beyond to help me put them together. They are very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

We drive from sunnyvale to rush to this store at 5:56pm today to get some deck sealer. When we got there, the store has been closed before before 6pm even it hours saying closed at 6pm. Bad experience

A fantastic paint store - Sean is the store manager. Sean and his team are so nice and professional. Sean was a great help in helping me select which paint and talk through my paint selections. I've worked with him a few of times for interior and exterior. He's patient, really listens and provides his expertise. I'd highly recommend coming here for your paints!

I visited the store yesterday and had a great experience. The guy spent time trying to help me choose between grays. He was so patient and explained also my options in types of paint. I heard another guy helping another customer and being so patient with them. He even looked up other stores for them (they were looking for a craft store). Best service I have ever seen. My only complaint: they need to bring back the small size sample paint. I chose other brands over SW during my remodel bc I could sample them.

Make sure to speak with Richard that is knowledgeable, patient and pays attention to detail when explaining the different types of paint brushes, paints and supplies that the store carries. We had such a great experience! The Mountain View location has plenty of parking and we felt safe shopping at the Sherwin Williams Paint Store.
