First of all, it is a very friendly and wonderful place.The product I bought at another store was broken, so I went to exchange it, but they exchanged it for a better one.And every Tuesday, seniors get a 10% discount.Of course, not all stores are the same, but I did not receive a discount at other Ross stores, so I am grateful for the kind guidance and consideration here.

Went for a reasonably priced youth shirt and a trouser. Even though selection was bare minimum, got what I needed. There was no trouser with waist size less than 38" so had to skip that

I bought a beautiful luggage for travel from this Ross. first trip, the luggage lost one wheel after came out the luggage place on airport. I brought this luggage back to store, they said the luggage was already used, they could not resell, so I could not return.I asked the store manager: this is a piece junk, it means you sell a piece junk and if not used, you still sell to customer/the store manager persisted that it was already used and could not return. I said this is a piece junk, you take back . they said I should throw it, they will not take back. I left the receipt and luggage there, said this is a piece junk, you keep it.Never buy reliable item from ross, Costco next it has much better return system

It’s a good location. There are a lot of things and you need to dig out the treasures slowly. There are many service staff. The service staff standing at the door are very kind and polite.

I love this Ross, but today I decided to finally rate it because I am just happy. I applied for the credit card , yes they now have a credit cards options ! I know huh ? AMAZING!!! Well I was the first customer to get it since it today was the first day of this new implementation. I am very happy. I got approved! I will say I couldn't add the credit card to my wallet and after a few minutes of confusion I had to call customer service. The customer service for the Mastercard was amazing by the way. When my husband tried to pay it couldn't be added. We spend 3 hours in total trying to figure it out.... The customer service closed so I have to come back tomorrow and finalize my purchase. But I'm so excited they have a credit card. Thank you Ross !! I also feel special because I was the first customer to open a credit hard at this Ross!

The manager's attitude is terrible! The Ross Store manager GWEN at the Mountain View store is really terrible. In order to return the items, I went to the Ross store at Mountain View 4 times, and the clerk there told me that they couldn't make returns because the computer was broken. When I went there for the fourth time, the clerk told me that I couldn't get cash back since one day overdue. I just tried to explain to her. The clerk showed me her bad attitude and no patience at all. She didn't listen to me, and said it was none of her fault. The manager came, not only did she not solve the problem, on the contrary, she even said that she would not return the items for me! What surprised me even more was that she ordered me to leave. I can't believe that the Store manager GWEN treat customer like this. What I did was explaining to the clerk that I made four trips for the return. Not only did the manager not apologize, she also treated me rudely, with an extremely bad attitude. Anyway, because I tried explaining to them, the manager GWEN refused to make return for me. I don't even have the right to speak. When I asked her to provide complaint information, she ignored me. The manager's attitude so surprised me. This attitude and behavior of the manager GWEN really damages the image of Ross. ROSS has the worst customer service ever.

Store is okay. There was a constant beeping in the store. Not exactly sure where it was coming from and the staff didn’t care about it.The staff/cashier was okay.I didn’t want a bag so the cashier didn’t bother folding the clothes. I had to fold the clothes myself. Customer service can be better.
