John is a most knowledgeable diagnostician and excellent mechanic who originally trained at Mercedes in Germany. Hos training shows and inspires confidence.
I have a 1999 roadster, so many of the dealer mechanics were not even born or toddlers when my car was manufactured.

Service was thorough and professional with clear explanations about the process and how my 2019 Sprinter 3500 works. Jon and Timothy were genuinely enthusiastic about their work and restored my confidence in this uncertain business world. I will continue to have my Sprinter cared for by them in the future and highly recommend anyone with a Mercedes do the same.

Please if you have a review that has to do with money don’t buy a Mercedes. Mercedes are luxury cars, you need to know this before you buy a Mercedes instead of complaining about the cost of repairs. Maybe you should consider a Honda if that is more in your budget.

Jon and his team (Timothy, and others) were fantastic to work with - from responsiveness, to explanations and mostly to just being honest. I'll certainly return to Mercedes Doctor next time as I trust them to care for my vehicle and be honest with me.

I’ve had two sprinters over the last 10 years and while they’re super capable they are not low maintenance. You need a good mechanic to keep your van on the road. Jon and Tim care about comprehensive maintenance and know these vans inside and out. Rates are not meaningfully lower than the dealership but attention to detail, ease of communication and willingness to problem solve are much better.

I know Jon Iverson as a decent man an reliable seviceman. Jon and Tim Iverson are the pros in Mercedes, and I recommend them without a doubt.They don't just "change oil", or "change brake pads", the do MAINTENANCE and repair if needed.

Dr. Tomioka has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. She is personal, caring and proactive. She makes the best decisions in regard to your overall health even when that might involve referring you to a specialist. The office functions professionally - gets you in and out without ever feeling rushed. I trust Dr. Tomioka with my life.

To everyone who wishes to get repairs done by Mercedes Mobile Doctor. Be warned that this business is DANGEROUS. The reviews and ratings you are seeing which are positive are incredibly old, or are close friends to Jon. NOT AUTHENTIC REVIEWS. The real ratings are the ones he is suppressing or denies. Many nearby mechanics have stated that this man is a CRIMINAL. He will take your vehicle, make unapproved authorizations, and attempt to seize your car. He does not run on any professionalism or moral conduct, and will vehemently lie to your face with false claims. Another eerie and disturbing review found online outlines the very experience we had. My parents car simply had it in for a diagnostic. Similar to Rosina Su's review, he repeated what he did to her onto us. Falsifying a bill with charges upwards of $5,000 in repairs. We had to take matters up with the Bureau of Automotive Repairs due to the level of malpractice he conducted. We were notified that SEVERAL people have filed complaints against this man. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. This man has proven this is a PATTERN of behavior. His desperation and lack of customers is causing this behavior. If Jon or Tim attempts to respond to this with lies claiming we were never customers. Feel free to send an email to the one I will be providing below. We already have three previous customers he has financially taken advantage of. To everyone thinking about coming here with your car. Please save yourself and quickly turn away! You have been warned. I knew and mentioned that my car needed an alternator advised by my friend's scanner. I was charged a rip-off $250 for diagnostic testing. The shop does acceptable work but be careful because they are not trustworthy. My regular shop couldn't handle the work for 10 days. I should have waited, I've used that shop for 30+years and they never charged me for diagnostic testing. I was taken advantage of by the Mercedes Doctor
