We walked in to Mancini’s just to look at mattresses, to get an idea of what kind of bed to buy. Well we ended in purchasing a good quality mattress and a beautiful bed frame. Alexander which goes by Alex, was very friendly and Extremely helpful. He helped us to decide what kind of mattress we wanted. With the help of Cameron, they gave us a good sale price. We are so appreciated.

My wife and I bought some furniture in Mancini's Sleepworld store that is located 2034 W. El Camino Real, Mountain View. We are really grateful to them. We were advised to choose the best mattress, adjustable base, bed frame, nightstands, and dressers that suite our needs. Their specialists answered all our questions. They are very polite and attentive. We would strongly recommend them as professionals. If you'd like to get furniture for your bedroom, you should go there!

Brandon was really helpful! It was our first time purchasing a mattress and he helped us identify the right mattress very quickly. He was also effective at explaining the material differences between each mattress. I also felt like he wasn't pushy about upselling us, the experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend asking for Brandon if you walk in

We just went to Mancini’s today looking for a new mattress. I’ve been having back pain over the past year. We met Alex Rogers who was incredibly helpful guiding us through the selection process. He explained the differences between the firmness and how they can impact your back position. We ended up purchasing the Aireloom mattress. Looking forward to trying out this new mattress!

Buy your mattress elsewhere.After 20 years of being a client, am hugely disappointed. I have literally purchased a dozen mattresses from this store over the past two decades, as well as some bedroom furniture. Two years ago I made the huge mistake of buying a very expensive Aireloom mattress (I am still paying it off) - when I explained I have back issues, the sales rep told me this one had a 10 year warranty, that he had one himself, blah blah blah. Long story short, fast forward a year and a half into the purchase, I bought a topper as my back was getting worse. I eventually went back to the store asking them to evaluate it for a return. Two measurements were made and different times, and the mattress was assessed at having a 1" dip. But guess what? That's not enough! You need to have a 1.5" dip for this excellent warranty to kick in. That amounts to a deep, deep hole that no human could sleep on and still wake up in the morning with a healthy back.But despite reaching out to the manager and management, (I even proposed to buy another mattress from them if they could just take this one off my hands and I could stop making the damn payments), they have done nothing to help me out.Don't make the same mistake I did - steer clear of this place.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Mancini's with Cameron. Overall, he was super attentive and listened to our input and price range. The store also has quite a variety in mattresses to try out. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We recently visited the Mancini's Sleepworld mattress store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Alex Rogers, the salesperson. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us and was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect mattress. Alex took the time to ask about our sleep preferences and any specific concerns we had.He patiently explained the features of various mattresses, their benefits, and differences. He never pressured us into making a quick decision and allowed us to take time trying out different options. We appreciated his extensive knowledge about the products and his willingness to answer all our questions.Once we finally made a decision, he made sure we got the best deal possible and even helped arrange the delivery at a convenient time for us. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to his excellent customer service skills.I can't thank Alex enough for his guidance and assistance throughout the whole experience. Cameron and the guys were amazingly nice and friendly. My family can't thank them enough. Cameron, in particular, was the gentleman who helped my wife and I pick out the correct mattress for our needs and again another mattress for my mom. He was very educated and well versed on all the products. That actually helped a lot and saved time. He was also very attentive as far as our specific needs, giving us numerous options and keeping budgets in mind. Our experience was fantastic. It was also a bonus finding out that most of them were into cars just like me, so we became enthusiasticly side tracked a couple times lol. I will refer everyone I know to Cameron no matter how far they have to drive. It's worth it. Thanks again for all your help guys!!

I would advise against making purchases from this particular place. Their return policy is not accommodating, and their prices are higher compared to other options such as Costco and Amazon. I recommend checking Costco and Amazon first, as they offer a wider range of products and have more flexible return policies, with Costco accepting returns without a time limit.Furthermore, it is difficult to reach any form of high-level customer service as all decisions are solely made by the store manager. This lack of accessibility to higher-level support can be frustrating when dealing with any issues or concerns regarding your purchases. In contrast, platforms like Costco and Amazon typically provide more accessible customer service options, allowing for a smoother and more satisfactory shopping experience.

I had thought shopping in-person for a mattress would be a waste of time, but I'm REALLY glad I did! Alex was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest when helping me select a mattress. He asked me what I was looking for and my budget, and was transparent when showing me mattresses slightly outside of my budget. He gave me and my partner space to go back-and-forth between two mattresses to compare and discuss. In the end, I'm very satisfied with the mattress and how attentive Alex (and the manager Cameron) were during my visit and afterwards via phone and text.

Had a great experience at this locate with these two guys Cameron and Brandon. We started in Milpitas with Brandon helping us and he placed our order and Cameron finished for us in Mountain View. Both of the guys were very helpful.

Need a new mattress? This is the place to come. Cameron helped my family and I out today. He was very knowledgeable and made the process smooth. He was patient with us and answered all our questions while giving us the insight needed to make the correct selection for our needs. Alex was incredibly helpful and found the perfect mattress for both my husband (back sleeper) and I (side sleeper). He was very knowledgeable and gave us our space to try and discuss different mattress options, and took our feedback into consideration before showing us something new. We were very happy with our experience shopping at Mancini's and will be coming back with any future mattress needs!
