I was looking uncertainly at plywood when a guy finished with another customer, asked what I was looking for, and then *said they could cut the wood for me*. I almost cried with relief. As is common with vendors that thrive on commercial customers, none of the wood has prices on it. I paid maybe a bit less than a box store, but for beautiful 1/2" sanded plywood: not only did they have it right there, but I didn't even have to go through the stack to find something that wasn't terrible. I'm more than happy to drive the extra 10 miles to shop here.”

I find virtually everything I need to repair and improve my house. And the expertise to get just the right parts and pieces and any tools I need for a given project. The prices are comparable to Home Depot and Lowe's without the drives and the time wasted in aisle looking for the right pieces”
