Much bigger and a lot better stuff than most of the other thrift stores in the area.

Bad customer service experience. My cashier was clearly annoyed to be interrupted from some sort of log, and then at the register she didn’t know what she was doing with the POS equipment. She ended up running my card three times, without apology and with an impatience that showed she did not care about my experience at all. Based on this encounter, I speculate that if someone had a medical emergency in store an employee here would fill out paperwork to CYA before assisting them. Clearly this store emphasizes other priorities besides the customer. Come in with low expectations.

The prices vary from 2-20$ and the pricing isn’t really Dependent on brands or styles. Besides that they have an awesome selection & the staff is super friendly. I would say that if you like to dig this is perfect !

Stupid with Astounding greed and unbelvably high prices!!!! Expect to pay full retail or above for sed dirty merchadise. I am an avid thrifft shopper and I will say I won't come back to this store nder it's current management. I buy mostly housewares and I found a Ginpo Hanamishima Donabe Casserole Earthen Pot I picked it up and almost fell over. They wanted 49.95 for a used casserole! I looked it up online and Amazon offered the same exact pot brand new for $45.99 shipped! Literally over full retail for uncleaned used goods. I asked the manager if this was a mistake and nope that is how they price things there. Another piece of art had a Ross tag on the back for 14.99 and guess what they were charging 14.99 for the same item scratched and dented. The only things in the shop priced reasonably were broken or chipped badly. Dont bother going to this shop they are literally stupid with greed. And they are pricing based on EBAY asking prices not sold prices Definitely Not worth the your time.

My very favorite goodwill (so far!) in terms of boys clothing selection, I found 3 pairs of C9 shorts ( my favorites, that target discontinued and messed up the logo☹️) but now I found some with the classic logo at this goodwill! I had my pickings, I also grabbed a pikachu jacket and a fun where’s my water Board game. I am trying to convince my mom to bring me back for more C9 short goodness!

Goodwill is so expensive. All the Target stuff is overpriced from the real store prices. It makes me upset that Goodwill takes in all these DONATIONS and resells it all for double or triple the price. I would rather take my business to a different DONATION store. Not to mention that the cashiers and store help are rude, yell at you and they act like the stuff is GOLD and NEW!

The 5 star signifies my rating for the store staff to be kind and thoughtful to give me an adult mask. I came to the store since I forgot my mask and needed one asap for an appointment and was in store with my kids mask. They didn't have adult masks for sale but the staff at the cashier's desk was kind enough to give me a mask to help me out in time.

Well, a lot of choices, good service and very friendly people working there! :-)however, they still do not let you try on their dressing rooms are closed so all sales are final! Which sucks !!!

We live close to this Goodwill, and Shop there a lot. This was a good experience except that an item my husband wanted lacking a price tag. We purchased several comparable items at the same time, but because it didn't have a price tag she wouldn't sell it to us. In the past, the cashier asked and comparable item and that's what you paid. It was just disappointing.

Will give this place zero star if I can. The people there are extremely rude and unreasonable. We came today to donate and the staff outside forced me to stay in the car because “only two people at a time.” We totally understand that it’s for safety reasons. But the two ladies who came before us were very far from where I am And still digging in their trunk while I already have everything ready in my hand. He stood on my way and so I came back to my car and waited until one of the two people got in her car. When I exited my car, the staff forced me to go into my car again because “only two people at a time.” For god’s sake, there is only one donor outside now and I am only five steps away from the donation box, what’s the point of all this? So I had to crawl back to my car again and ten seconds later the lady drove away and the staff pointed to me and asked me to come out. Will never come to this location in my life.

One of my favorite Goodwills. They aren't the biggest or the most organized but I've consistently come up on some good quality stuff here. Out of all the South Bay (or South Peninsula) locations, this is one of my top 3 if not #1.

Happy New Year! I came right before the end of the year to drop off some donations. As I approached the entrance on El Camino, I noticed there was a small line of cars lining up on the side of the parking lot. Turns out Goodwill set up a bunch of drop off cardboard boxes outside in a line. Cars looped around edge of the lot to drop off donations. It was mostly efficient except for bottleneck waiting in line and for some cars trying to leave. You may also be stuck behind folks with a higher volume of donations and getting them out of bags. Some things to note: * You cannot donate bagged items and have to remove them from the bags to drop off in the appropriate box. They tried to label boxes like clothes, household items, shoes, seasonal items etc. * There are no more paper receipts. Text 313131 with the word "donation" to get your receipt. * Wish they'd put hand sanitizer stations by the boxes. Overall the drop off logistics weren't too hard, you just had to wait a bit. People were able to socially distance. I appreciate that they're still open to accept donations.

Today I was discriminated by staff of this store for fact that I was not driving a car. Walking people are prohibited to donate! Privilege for car owners only!
