People really need to stop using FedEx for deliveries. Having textbooks delivered to a school? They'll drive right past without even bothering to attempt to deliver, then return the package to the warehouse an hour away and make it *your* problem. Getting something from Amazon? They'll deliver it to the wrong address and claim it's your fault. Absolutely disgusting behavior from lazy drivers. Stop using FedEx, people.

This long hair male staff was very condescending when the shipping label didn't work. He didn't want to help, which is his job and expected me to solve the problem.

This location called me to let me know I have a package to pick up when I dont have any packages on the way to me. Definitely a scam going on here. When I emailed the store the voicemail left by them they admitted it was theres but don’t know who called. Scam alert

Not very helpful. When they finally told me they could not help me the lady says on my way out the door "I could print the label for you" unknowingly FedEx ground ship centers DONT PRINT things...

To be fair, I think the shipping was fast. That being said, the employee was very rude. He basically saying that I did a bad job at packing. I tried to explain that the box was a FedEx box that is given by my company to return an equipment. Apparently someone in my company sealed that box prematurely and I had to tear some corners in order to put my box in. Fedex could have provided better instruction to that person in my company so he/she won't prematurely seal my box, right? No, instead I have to face being mocked by their employee.And come on, the employee could have just helped seal my box and shut up. Instead of spending 5 minutes mocking me passive aggressively "use common sense, do you think this is a good condition for shipping? Next time ask us to pack your stuff!" When I have clearly asked him help to seal my box! I literally asked his help.I tried to deflect his comments at first by trying to acknowledge his comments, but he kept pushing. I think the fact that he kept pushing put me on edge and led me to this Yelp review. Please, if you really want to help others, show them how without mocking them!!! If only my company gave me option for another shipping company I would have chosen another .

Convenient location but poor service; the lady at the counter refused to scan and take my package and insist that I used the self service kiosks.

I walked in 20 minutes before closing and needed a lot of help to print a project. Daniel was very kind and stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me get my project printed for a deadline. Couldn't have done it without Daniel!!

I came in on Sunday afternoon to ship a letter and everything was great! There was no wait time, the service was good and the personnel was friendly and helped me very quickly. The store is clean and pretty spacious. Overall, my experience was perfect!

They have a self serve shipping kiosk now, but it wasn’t necessary for me, since the lines were non-existent on a Monday afternoon.

In October 2022, we went to Fedex to renew our passport because it was part of their service that was offered. The Fedex website says "Traveling soon? Apply or renew your passport with our expedited services." The lady was very rude and did not want to help us. I stormed out of the store pretty upset because she seemed as if she didn't want to even explain to us the process. Isn't this a service you offer? Can you help us and provide us with answers? As my husband and I were in the car, we both discussed what happened, but we still needed to renew our passport. I decided to stay in the car while my husband works on his passport. It sure was not an expedited service as he was in the FedEx store for about an hour and a half. And now, we received Victor's old passport in the mail and the request was not processed. We then follow up to see what is the hold up on the passport status. We do more research and talk to many representatives through the passport services. We found the government website says "If you use UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another company to send your application, the application will be returned to you." Now, it is March 2023, we have lost $385.27 and have no passport. Worst service ever!!

The staff here didn't give any useful help to get a simple thing done, they are impatient and not professional. We got into line twice and instructed by two different staff to do the same thing in two completely different ways. Apparently the store staff does nothing meaningful to actually help customer and we need to use the store computer to do everything. Besides the FedEx website is garbage, you can't get anything done there.We ended up in the store for more than an hour but didn't work it out. I'd rather give a zero star if that's an option, one star is a compliment to them. Don't go here, for your own sake.

Horrible place. They gave me a quote and then doubled it after I agreed and had everything ready, then wasted two hours of my time and then finally said they can’t ship in the time I needed. The staff don’t know anything and don’t care about the customers

Can give zero star if I could. Haven't met such rude staff.The woman staff in the office was such a racist.Can't believe they would have a job elsewhere.
