The apartments here are a good spot to live in and the office workers Nancy and Merrari are very kind, helpful, and listen to all the problems of residents. The maintenance worker David and Maria the cleaner are both very well at their jobs and helpful. I am lucky to be here and have this team of people working around me.

Terrible facility, stolen packages, loud people, thin walls, stolen bikes and motorcycles, gates and laundry machines break weekly, business center never opened, gym took 3 years to open. Noooo thank you

Clothes are constantly left in the laundry room over night and washers constantly out of order. The fitness room equipment needs dusting and lighting in this area as well, it would help if the recreation room had a printer to assist with printing documents homework etc.

Although newly opened, important building features are non-functional. The Intercom used by Guests to request the Resident to "buzz" you in has never worked. The Guest must use a cellphone and The Resident will come down and escort The Guest to their unit. Just three Guest Parking spaces to support a four story Apartment building situated in an area plagued with on-street parking problems for decades. The use of carts to help carry things within the building is forbidden.

Terrible place because of the management. I don't recommended it to anyone. The Management don't care about the building and issues ( moldy dirty washers and dryers, garbage all over trash room , dog poop at the hall area , balcony and kids play area what create smell and flies all over the place. They never open the gym room even before COVID. Also we don't have access to recreation room . I give up to an send email to the manager or talk with her , I hope that this review will bring to attention and the situation will change.

We are living about 2 years unfortunately they don't have a good management and they are not responsible and for any problems they respond is that they are so busy and are working on the issue but We don't think so, for example our heater has a problem we call them after 2 weeks it's still not working, i explained that we need heater during this time, they sed just we are working on it, it's not believable no body is not available for fixing it after 16 days .

This complex denied by application and then refused to refund application fees of $500. gives you 72 hrs to dispute the denial I kept in constant contact with them and still will not refund $500

The Evelyn family apartments is a real family place, so quite and very clean.Roya the community director and her management team are professional and very helpful, she is an exceptional director, they also got the best maintenance team I've ever had, prompt and very experienced.This place knows customer service and I am so glad to live hereThank you so muchMohamed AhmedApt# 403

The leasing office is very friendly and trying to solve community problems that you explain to them.I feel that by new managements Roya Sayed (Community Director) and Riley Franco (Assistant Community Director) the 779 Evelyn family apartments can be more proactive, clean, secure and in good order.

Brand new facility. Clean, safe place to live. Staff and management very helpful and always responsive to phone and email. Although you do have to dial #1 when the phone rings initially (took me awhile to figure that out). The maintenance guy that is (supposedly) on call 24/7 is kind of a douche. Had an emergency situation after-hours once which luckily turned out not to be emergency, but if it had - this guy would have done nothing as he just hung up the phone.Lastly, i see all the negative reviews and maybe because this is my first apartment and perhaps i am in the minority but I personally am just very happy and GRATEFUL to be priveleged enough to live here as I know for a fact there are others less fortunate who gladly take my spot in an instant. So thank you to staff for all your hard work!

None of the amenities have opened since the building was completely finished (about 8 months later), no one ever answers the phone in the office, management does nothing other than send "noise violations" even after complaining numerous times about noisy neighbors that continue to play loud music at the most ridiculous time of the night--and the list goes on. It seems to be clear that ownership/management cares about one thing and one thing only: saving every penny they can get while allowing unruly type of people to live on the property to ruin the experience for everyone else. Take it from me.. don't fall for the whistles and bells just because it's new.

Fitness center still not opened after a year. No lounge with tv, hostile community environment with trash scattered around, and vehicle break ins. Don’t move here
