Terrible attitude from the pharmacy team. The hours are not updated and they she frustration when you ask any basic question. This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been to.

True Story: I arrived 15 min before pharmacy closed on Sunday, and waited in line 10 min while a single customer was served, when the “customer” ahead of me in line approached the register and closed the pharmacy security bars in my face. Five minutes before closing time. Turns out she wasn’t just another customer staring at her phone while waiting in line, as I had assumed, but an on-duty employee who then let me know EXACTLY how she feels about nervy customers like me prancing into CVS and expecting to be served within 30 min of pharmacy close time. I left, without my meds, vowing I would never go back to that CVS again. The End.

Very rude young assistants. They acted as though they hated their jobs and their customers.

The pharmacy here is awful. Staff will see you waiting and not even acknowledge you. Prescriptions are never ready, the phone doesn’t get answered and staff is rude. Store also looks barren too. I could forgive if it was every once in awhile but it’s every time. Avoid at all costs!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could.

Probably one of the most laziest pharmacy staffs ever, they were busy texting people while there is a massive line.

They need to learn how to use an international passport for prescriptions.I always use my passport, which has never been a problem at any of the CVS pharmacy locations except this one. And some people do not drive and don’t have a driving license. Knowing that the USA has so many internationals, CVS pharmacy workers must understand how to use passports for prescriptions.

Lang was very unhelpful as her and Betty toldMe my prescription needed before surgery was NOT there and it was over the counter. After speaking with the Doctors this was NOT true and they were very disappointed and suggest I do not use CVS. They are rude and confused. Bad combo.

2/1/22I gave 5 Stars to CVS 1798 Miramonte Ave Mountain View Pharmacy for reviewing my Medicare and Tricare 4 Life prescription status this morning. Talked to NAM their wonderful Pharmacist who helped me understand my coverage. She also encouraged me to come for any vaccine shots needed during their best times. Wow: that’s what I call Extra Service!I encourage all beneficiaries to check in with NAM and experience the same service I received today.Thank you NAM! ?

Getting prescriptions filled and refilled in always a struggle. I think the problems are caused by the corporation cutting headcount and the terrible automated system. The pharmacists are nice, but overworked. This week, I had my doctor fax a refill request. I then got an automated call saying they were searching for a substitute because my prescription wasn't covered by insurance, which I knew. I called the pharmacy. Said I'd pay for it. But the pharmacy called my doctor asking her to lobby the insurer to pay for it. The automated system frequently calls to ask me if I want refills on things I don't need. They called me every month wanting to refill something that lasts a year! My husband's monthly prescription is ALWAYS late. He gets automated calls saying it's ready, but when he gets to the pharmacy, they say they're out. One day he actually got the medicine on time, and -- WHILE HE WAS PICKING IT UP -- I got an automated phone call saying the medicine was backlogged and was not available. Another time, after being told two months in a row they were out of supplies he needed, he actually saw them on the shelf behind the pharmacist! This is what we can expect when big corporations are in charge of our medicines.
