This is a review for the pharmacy, not the store. They're just woefully understaffed. So I don't blame the pharmacists per se, but the wait time is unacceptable. I'm the first one in line and there's only 1 person behind the counter working on some other stuff with a consult patient. If this is core part of your business, staff it appropriately vs frustrating all of your customers. It's just common sense business practice as there are too many other choices for fulfilling prescriptions.

I felt kind of stressed and nervous with getting the Covid vaccine, but everyone here at this clinic was really kind, helpful, and understanding. I had a really pleasant experience. I only wish that I could have gotten my first shot of the vaccine at this clinic.

Fast, informative, and helpful. Whether it's picking up a prescription, or inquiring about over the counter products; the pharmacy staff is eager and willing to help. High Ten and two thumbs up...in that order because they can't be done simultaneously lol

I used the self-serving machine and it asked me to wait for the cashier to validate my coupon. This old asian lady cashier came and asked me "what's wrong" then angrily did her supposingly job... which is to use her badge to scan and verify the coupon. She scolded me and acted like she's really annoyed and bothered but it's definitely her job and responsibility? And I was purchasing products from cvs the company paying her salary? Not the first time I encounter such rude and dumb customer service at cvs.

Decent sized parking lot and fairly friendly staff (both the store as well as pharmacy). In terms of pickup, my experience at the pharmacy has been positive through the last few years. They also seem to be pretty well stocked on most days . Alas, if only they wouldn't sell a face mask for 160$ ....

I highly appreciate the service of the staff members at this time and for a change I did receive good customer service at my last visit.
I came to pick up some meds for my mom.
Eventhough I had a good experience at last visit I am giving this location a 3 star rating because of the experience I had in the past.
Hope you keep up the good work. I will update my review in the future if needed.

Pharmacy staff are lovely but you need more staff - waited for a VERY LONG time: 20 minutes to hand in a prescription and still waiting to pick it up 40 minutes later.

I've run into incompetence by CVS Pharmacy employees before, and this was right up there with with the worst. They tried to tell me the prescription was for a different amount than the doctors wrote it for. They tried to tell me it cost more than $1100 for the prescription for 30 days when the GoodRX price I sent to them is under $120. She told there's no refills left, but the CVS App shows me as having 3 refills available when I request it to be filled at this location, and still showed that until after they messed with the prescription in their system at that location. She told me she can't request refills and I need to call my doctor, when every other CVS ever has requested refills for me through their system, and my doctor's office tells me specifically to have the pharmacy request the refills through the system first. Then I had to call CVS's corporate support line to get anywhere with this pharmacy. After that I'm told they don't have enough in stock and they can only fill 2/3 of my 30 day supply, before seeing that what they had was expired and they didn't have any. I ended up going to another CVS and only getting 1/3 of my prescription because that was all there was at any location nearby. This was on a Thursday evening when I had ordered it though the CVS app on Sunday, and it was supposed to have been available for pickup in full after noon on Monday. If I weren't on travel and needing the prescription immediately, I'd be changing pharmacies away from CVS altogether for having experienced continued incompetence coast to coast, literally from MD to CA!

I don't see why it takes more than two days to fill common prescription. Don't assume they've filled your prescription just because they've had multiple days to, you should still call ahead and double-check.

I'm writing this as I'm on hold after talking to a pharmacist, who I had to wait on hold to talk to in the first place, on a phone call I'm not sure why I have to make but it's been a week since they were supposedly filling my prescription. I've also had trouble using GoodRX with them. I normally use the Safeway on Shoreline but I have to use CVS because Safeway would cost $100s more per year.

Do not go to this pharmacy! I was given a prescription that looked completely different (i'm used to getting a little orange pill and they gave me a giant blue capsule). The pharmacist failed to notify me that this change has occurred before i left the pharmacy. I went back there to make sure I was taking the right medicine and the pharmacist was so cavalier about this mistake. You are supposed to be notified when your medication looks completely different. Small mistakes like this may be acceptable in some positions, but i feel like they should be few and far between in the field of medicine. And I can only imagine if they are making mistakes with me they may be making much larger mistakes with someone else that could endanger their health. please don't go here!

Worse and slowest pharmacy ever. Get your prescription elsewhere. Told my prescription would be ready it 20 minutes and it's been over an hour. My prescription was out of stock at the El Monte location and they called this location and didn't even transfer my prescription. Go to another drugstore with competent pharmacists.
