I go around 11 to 2 pm and the wait is never very long. The staff is helpful. I get txt when I need to refill meds and txt when they are ready.

I've had some wonderful experiences with the staff and pharmacist many years over, I always get a notification when my meds are ready I would suggest going to the web sight to get notifications when your meds are ready for pickup..

Slow service. Can't seem to transfer a simple prescription from another pharmacy and fill it. Went back multiple times and still could not pick up my prescription. Seems to have very confusing processes and had a hard time explaining them to me. Guy at pick-up counter is not helpful and very dismissive. I finally gave up and went back to CVS.

Slow service, out of stock on common meds, abysmal vaccination clinic. When I picked up my partial prescription I asked about a flu vaccine and I was told I could walk-in. I took the paperwork with me to speed up the process. Two days later I came back for the rest of my Rx and to walk-in for my vaccine. When I dropped off the paperwork, I was told to “come back” in 30 minutes. When I got back, they called my name and told me it would be 10 minutes. They said that they tried calling name right after I dropped off the paperwork and when I didn’t answer (because they told me to come back in 30 minutes) they put me to the back of the line and took everyone with appointments ahead of me. Seventeen minutes went by and I asked where I was in the line. They told me the pharmacist was preparing my vaccination and it would be about 5 minutes. 5 minutes goes by and they called someone else. By this time I have to leave for my next appointment and leave unvaccinated after 52 minutes of waiting. They are terrible at estimating time and following up on their commitments.

The pharmacy is closed 1:30-2pm for lunch. A pharmacist must be on duty whenever it is open, so while they may have staff, one of them must be a pharmacist to be open. If they don't have something in stock, they usually can get it in a day or 2. I've had great service here.

I switched to Costco Mountain View pharmacy several months ago (2021) and it’s all been good. I receive text messages when my prescriptions are ready for pick up, sometimes there’s a short line at pharmacy, staff is friendly, everything is packaged and ready to go.

I have only used the pharmacy once, but the service was exceptional. My vet called in a prescription that they did not have in stock. The pharmacist was very helpful in finding the medicine at another Costco pharmacy. The prescription was called over and I was able to pick it up easily.
