“BRIDES! Stop looking elsewhere for a bridal tailor because Marina is IT. Firstly, as a type-A overworried kind of bride, I'm weary about where to get my dress(es) tailored, and did a ton of research. I read through every single reddit thread that mentions any bay area bridal tailors, and Le Caprice/Marina kept coming up. Then I found out my friend got her Berta dress tailored here and the dress fits her like a glove!! That's when I know, fantastic, I need to take all my dresses to Marina from now on. I first brought two rehearsal/welcome dinner dresses to Marina and she did a fantastic job. One of the two dresses is a mini dress from Katherine Tash I'm obsessed with, but the fit was never quite right. This dress has gone through the hands of two other tailors until Marina finally fixed it for me, once and for all, and I'm SO beyond happy! For example, there was a piece of the lining that was showing on my skirt, and Marina brought out scissors and started cutting the fabric while I was still wearing the dress! You could tell she's incredibly confident because she's competent. For this other longer silk satin dress, she's meticulous, and pointed out details that normal ppl would not have noticed but these details matter: "those hooks on the back are showing! they aren't supposed to show!" I got both of these dresses back only a little after a month and she did an epic job on both. I am coming back for my actual wedding gown alterations in a few months, and will for sure write a happy update with photos after the wedding!! Thank you Marina! I can't wait! :)”

“Stopped in today with a friend and found a great shirt for $28 after tax! The store was participating in a Valentine's Day event with other nearby businesses and there was a DJ, champagne, and donuts from Yum Yum. There was also a great sale on clothing that was burgundy, pink, or red for Vday colors. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The two dressing rooms were occupied for a while but we shopped around in the courtyard while we waited. Great area to have an adventure in after shopping.”

Nothing on the internet seemed representative of what I wanted to wear. One of the blouses came back with a design we were not so fond of. We had voiced this concern to Anu and she listened and responded immediately. If you’re queer and none of the outfits seem to be what you want, you can trust Anu to design it for you!”

“Whitey over here, came in really confused and the owners kindly helped me pick the perfect fit for my first Indian wedding. I ended up coming back to exchange my skirt for a different color (to match the wedding theme) and they let me do so no problem. I appreciated their willingness to make sure I was happy with my outfit. They had a really wide variety for both men and women. And they taught me how to wear everything and even added safety pins to the shawl to make sure I put it on right for the event. My husband also got his outfit here. Prices range but I spent about $200 for my saree.”

Maria has always been very hospitable and gives good advice on clothing and various outfits. It's located at the end of downtown Campbell near Blue Line Pizza. If you're strolling through, it's always a good spot to walk in and see what is new. They also have cool events on Fridays and weekends with a live DJ playing some awesome music.”

“I have been buying from this store for a while now. My kids love this store and the merchandise. I find good deals. I loved working with Amber then I got to know Alejandro and Jay. They are so nice and sweet. They take their time to explain the deals and how the coupons work. I go back because of them. There are new employees that are weird. One asked me why I like working with Alejandro, to which I said because he is nice and explains the deals to me. He makes the effort to help my purchase go smoothly. For example, I didn't know about an expiration date for coupons because I didn't it read it. I think there are ways to say things. She said the same thing but in a different way like she didn't want me to use it. That's why I prefer to work with them and not the weird ones. They don't know me and don't even bother to get to know me. One of them was wearing a t-shirt with an offensive message: "I shave my balls for this." Anyone is free to wear whatever but if you use it during your working hours then you are representing Hot Topic while wearing it. “Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”

“10/29/23I returned to order the petite jeans. This time the POS system was working. Teresa was very polite and helpful in getting my jeans ordered and expedited to me. I asked for the name of yesterday's cashier because I'd like to acknowledge her. She was very polite and patient while I tried to get my credit card problem resolved. Her name, I believe is Raji.. thank you all at Madewell 10/28/23Today I went shopping for jeans. I've worn Madewell jeans for quite a few years now so I stopped in there to see if I could find a replacement pair of jeans. I found that the style I currently have do not fit the same way as before so I tried on a new style, Vintage in dark wash. Hummm I liked them but since I'm short, the salesperson, Christina, suggested I try the petite version of the jeans.I decided to go ahead and purchase the ones they had in the store and order the petite version. When it came time to process the purchases, my credit card kept getting declined. I called my credit card company and they assured me that the card was working. It still would not process...the cashier there was very kind and patient, which I very much appreciated. She tried and tried and even moved the sale to a different register. Nothing worked.Brian, one of the managers came over to see what was happening and took the time to assist me in determining what the problem was. I am very appreciative of his professionalism and patience as we continued to try to get my card to work. It turned out that the simple purchase transaction went fine, but there was a problem with the on-line order where my card address was different from the ship to address. Brian hung in there with me trying everything and never showed any impatience.I am very impressed with the level of customer service and patience I experienced today...It was not a huge sale, just a pair of jeans.Thank you Madewell for the excellent customer service. I will go back another day to see if the problem has been resolved so I can order another pair of jeans..”
