The room are spacious and modern. We can feel the atmosphere within the staff is not at its best. When I arrived, I was put in a room close to the road, which I felt was a bit too noisy. I wasn't guaranteed another room until check-in time (1 hour later) and I realized I got the room next to the gym. At 5am early birds would come in and run on the treadmill, waking me up. Also, the bathroom floor was in bad shape as water was infiltrating under, leaving huge traces on the floor sheets, which I reported several times. I have been told the cleaning team would take care of it, which they didn't. I have been offered some points as a compensation. The second day while I was working in the room, the cleaning lady was putting loud music while cleaning the other rooms. There is no breakfast buffet, only things to grab or small plates on demand. So, I'll try another hotel next time.

Overall a nice and comfortable hotel with very decent rooms and an overall good look and feel. The rooms towards El Camino Real are very loud however, and the service is abysmal.
I've traveled with a group for the company, where all costs should have been billed directly to the company credit card, which was clearly agreed upon before. However, for myself and multiple colleagues, travel dates were put into the system wrong, personal credit cards were charged multiple times, sometimes for thousands of dollars, despite multiple clear conversations and promises not to do it and only bill the company card. Room keys were deactivated after a few days (and sometimes daily!) and the front desk said that the room should have already been vacated, despite a written booking confirmation clearly stating otherwise.
On arrival, I was placed in one of the loudest rooms in the hotel at 9pm, and the front desk agent told me that unfortunately the hotel is fully booked. When I asked to be moved whenever possible the next morning at 7am, I was immediately given a new room. I highly doubt that this room freed up in the middle of the night. The new room was nice however, and I would have been satisfied if it wasn't for the terrible service and the massive hassle afterwards to get the false credit card charges refunded -which involved multiple levels of management at Aloft and multiple people involved from my company, with dozens of emails.
Rooms: Comfortable beds and pillows, good bathrooms, hardwood floors, good window shades for darkening the room.
The rooms themselves are completely fine, as long as you don't end up in one of the loud ones facing El Camino Real.

Absolutely awful experience. AC makes this loud ANNOYING buzzing sound and runs almost constantly despite it being 65 outside. What's worse is, adjacent room has even louder buzz from AC coming into my room. Switched rooms and second room did same thing. Had to wear headphones entire time I was in room just to make it tolerable. And property is pretty dated, needs a refresh throughout. Worst experience ever in hotel due to constant buzzing sound which is LOUD.

Everything was great, but I wish the bar staff was more attentive when I was waiting to order a drink. Overall great places for families and business travel.

Very outdated property. Lot of traffic noise and rooms need serious updating. The TV remote did not work and even after bringing it to the service department, nobody cared to fix it. Will not stay again.

This pllace was on major roadway & close to hwy 85, but not overly noisy. The 4-story hotel was clean. The lounge area had a pool table, various games, and tall sliding glass doors that open to outdoor seating. Rooms were clean and well maintained with minimalist look.
Sadly, we were not able to have breakfast or drinks at the bar due to the closed kitchen and bar for the week. Staff was friendly.

Have had a horrible experience with this hotel. Scammed out of $100. was charged my deposit and never got refunded, I have tried calling multiple times and each time I’m told I will be called or emailed back and not once have I been contacted by the staff. It has been over a month.

Love staying here for work. I’ve stayed here 5 times and each time has been consistently great. Very clean and quiet. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are new and updated. Cleaning crew is fantastic. Marla at the front is a pleasure!
Also if you’re the type that likes to be social there’s a small bar downstairs that there are always people at.

I've been staying there for over a week. The thermostat reads "error" I've told the front desk a few times. And they have done nothing to try to get someone to come up and fix it. The TV has a bar across the bottom that won't go away so you don't get the full picture. I stayed here before and it was a pleasant stay but recently it's gone way downhill.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. My only complaint is that there are never enough drawers or hangers in hotels anymore!
Unfortunately, only one of two elevators was running during my long business stay, so that was tough.
The lounge area is the best part of this hotel. It’s comfortable and there are a variety of seating options.

Room was very clean and nice also location was really good. However I asked the same staff twice in the morning for room cleaning. And they said yes but got ignored. I asked one more time and they didn't clean the room. Last day I gave up for this ask at the end. Bad experience I had with Hotel stay while I was on business trip

They only offer on-site a la carte burgers/sandwiches/rolls. The membership benefits are $15 voucher for a burger.

I recently stayed at Aloft Mountain View for a business trip, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The first and most outrageous issue is that my personal credit card was charged more than $1,100 instead of using the payment and booking confirmation with my business travel partner, Navan. This is an outstandingly bad practice, especially when the trip was clearly booked and paid for by Navan.
Upon arrival, the first room they offered me was not cleaned and was visibly dirty. Despite being told that rooms would be cleaned every two days, this never happened. I had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels, which was frustrating and unacceptable.
As a regular Marriott Gold member, I expected a higher standard of service. Despite five inquiries, the hotel has not taken any steps to refund my personal credit card. This lack of cooperation and poor service has left a very negative impression.
I would not recommend Aloft Mountain View to anyone, especially those who value cleanliness and good customer service.
