The extreme lack of communication and refusal to take and return calls and e-mails is unacceptable. There is no way to speak to someone regarding reservation details. All their communication is handled via automated response.

Really special place best for grown people. Stunning views of the bay. The beach is physically challenging to walk on relative to the ones on the East Coast but gorgeous.The colony itself is remote; it's surrounded by the bay and farmland. If you want to exercise be prepared for a walking or running loop or loose sand. Scenery is mind bogglingly beautiful though so no complaints.Cell service is really challenging. Wifi helped but you really are off the grid to some extent. It's exactly what we needed!

Beautiful place to rent for a trip or even to live. Great gated community with lots of wild life from beautiful turkey vultures lizards rabbits and deer. The ocean view and beach are beautiful. Walk this beach with great caution!! Do not attempt to swim here unless you are an expert

We were lucky enough to have a caring woman allow us to use their condo for the weekend, I have never seen such a beautiful place to enjoy, it was fantastic. Located on a private beach between Marina and Castroville, you enjoy the site and sounds of the crashing waves and the beautiful beach, the sunsets are breath taking. We left the Stockton area at 100 degrees to the resort area at 70 degrees, it was gorgeous, we are so thankful to everyone there, from the resort to the Fisherman's Wharf, during this pandemic, everyone was kind and curtious and followed all precautions. Definitely would visit again if given the chance.
