Stay the night at this nice little place at first we did not think the rooms was going to be very good and had doubts but once we were in the rooms were very nice very clean very well put together they had been updated in the little lady at the front desk was so sweet and nice she had everything ready for us by the time we got there no problems no hassles we will definitely stay here again when we go back to Morro Bay

Very nice and very clean hotel and on a very safe location. The receptionist is very chill and helpful as well and I will book again for the right price!

The front desk woman just told me that she doesn't rent out to locals. And told me to try another hotel down the street. Im still surprised she said that, such a weird place.

The manager, Vicki does not have a clue to what customer service means, in my 40 plus years of sales & customer service experience, she rates as one of the worst providers I have ever dealt with. Bailey & the maid staff were excellent, facility good & location was great. The Wi-Fi was very slow, but it worked. The one star rating was due to the manager & lack of any basic customer service skills.....

DO NOT GO TO! Awful, toilet messed up in the middle of the night. Had a random guy shirtless trying to fix the plumbing that they knew was an issue. Front desk lady said they were going to refund us Some of our money back never happened. I've emailed them nothing back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Honestly The Staff Are Real & Down To Earth... Vicki & Bailey Are The 2 That Live On Site And Keep The Show Going... Dennis The Owner Always Has Your Back, Even If Your Son Accidentally Lets A Washcloth Go Down The Drain, He Could Have Been A Mean But He Was A Sweetheart...

Check-in and check-out very quick. The rooms may not be modern, but they are perfect for one night during a roadtrip.

Near everything you can visit in Morro. Realy anjoyable employee.
Only down side for us is that the room are small for the price and there are no climatisation.

The size of the room was fine. A bit old fashioned but clean. The bathroom was very small. There was no air conditioning. The service at the reception was very simple. It is within walking distance to the beach/restaurant area.
Noteworthy details: Overall, Morro Bay is quite expensive in terms of price/performance. If it's just a stopover on the highway, smaller/lesser-known places might be better.
