I purchased a necklace for my sister's birthday with instructions to ship the necklace to her home address. They said it would be mailed the next week. It was never sent. We had to follow up multiple times, and were told it had to be ordered which was not the case at time of purchase. It took over a month to get the necklace to my sister, and missed her birthday totally. I would not recommend this jeweler.

I brought in pilotns is gold with most 24 carrots , jewels, diamonds and some sterling silver. She offered me twelve hundred dollars I sold it to an independent jeweler for 6,000. When the lady saw I was not interested, she acted quite upset

I went in to Morro Bay Jewelers because I needed a watch band. Pam was so unbelievably great. It was a complicated Tag band. After purchasing the band she sent me to the leather shop for a special adjustment and actually met me there to explain the procedure then we came back to the jewelry store where she put it all together. Thank you Pam you are the best.

Lovely small-town and beach-town jewelry store. We went in just to measure a family member's ring finger, but ended up with Pam, the owner, kindly making a small safety-repair and a deep cleaning on my engagement ring, even having me come back the next day for a longer and better cleaning, all for no charge. Someone else was heading in with 4 watches that needed repair. So it's a full-service jewelry store.Plus they have a calm but delightful Maltese dog, Miss, who will dance and twirl in exchange for a dog treat. Definitely a nice place to stop in, and I will definitely consider returning if I have any jewelry needs!

Sadly I would give zero stars if I could, I highly recommend going to a different local jeweler store. My boyfriend bought me an expensive ring, in the low $200 which was a fair price considering he was informed there was free repairs for the first year. Knowing sterling silver is a very soft material I was happy to know I would be able to take the ring in if something was to happen. When out on a walk my dogs collar got beneath my ring and lifted it slightly upwards. I took my ring in for a drop off fix, a little after a week it happen and was told by an elderly lady it was going to take a week to fix & would be $20 which I was discouraged by but didn't say anything yet. I later received message stating it was going to be $30, and it still wasn't fixed about two weeks after I dropped it off. I didn't hear back from them for six weeks until I made an appearance in the store. The ring was still not fixed and the elderly lady insisted it would now be $40. I explained I was told there were free repairs, she irritatingly try to say my dog got a hold of it and chewed on it when that is absolutely not what happen. She then proceeded to say, " I can't repair this for free when you're so rough on things." Very unprofessional and disrespectful as she was just trying to justify her untruthful warranty and frankly was just trying to get more money. I understand business is slow this past year since covid but charging customers for lack of business is just simply not okay. Again, my boyfriend and I love to support small businesses as he owns one himself, but unfortunately this is not the place to go!

I found this gem of a shop in Morro Bay when my watch stopped running. The owner was very nice and quick to replace the dead battery. They had a sweet little dog to greet you as well! I wish I had more watches or jewelry that needed repair. :)

I needed some links removed from a new Speidel watch band. It came with instructions, but I couldn't handle the fine work. I took it to Morro Bay jewelers, and the nice lady handled it perfectly and quickly.

First time I went there was terrific. Picked out my wedding ring everything was great. Got a call about 2 weeks later that they lost all the paperwork I had filled out about what ring to order, my size, everything. So I had to go online and pick out a new ring for them to order. When I came back to to Morrow Bay the ring did not fit and the owner did not know you couldn't compress a titanium ring. So wait another 2 weeks for the right size to come in. They aren't answering my phone calls. Will update later

Pam helped me find exactly the watch that I wanted. She has extensive knowledge of watches and went out of her way to do the necessary research to find the watch that I wanted. Her store is bright, clean, and spacious. I can not recommend her highly enough.

I can't say enough good things about Morro Bay Jewelers. Pam, the owner, is very helpful, nice and professional no matter what brings you into her store. A few months ago the band on my watch broke and even though it wasn't a simple watch band, she and her jeweler fixed it. Recently my husband took my ring into Morro Bay Jewelers. 2 of the diamonds had been lost and they replaced the diamonds perfectly to match the remaining diamond. The work that was done on this ring was outstanding. I recommend this store whatever your needs are. You will be happy with the results. Pam and Becky are professionals.
