Worst experience at a Verizon store. Actually, they are not even a real Verizon store they are a Victra Store. Don't do business with them they are unprofessional and will lose your property. I bought an iPhone 15 Pro max with an extra charger and 2 blocks. They gave me the phone and did not give me the charger and 2 blocks. When I asked them for my property, they said they did not have it, so I asked, who has it? I was directed to another store and nothing. They made me waste my time and gas. After I called the Verizon customer service and they tried. Calling them 3 times, I called 4 times, but they would not answer. I spoke to an answering service. I ended up getting a refund, though, Verizon. Even the customer rep stated these stores have a bad reputation or bad customer services and losing products.
Also the employees look high, probably why they suck so bad.
The store was locked when I arrived as well.

Patrick was so helpful in this store, I had upgraded my phone last year in December with a different sales associate and was supposed to get a promotion that unfortunately wasn’t applied. I went in after waiting a few billing cycles to see if the promo would kick in and I still had not gotten the promo. And Patrick took care of it. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. I had all of the paperwork given to me the day of the upgrade so he processed the request to apply the promo on my account since the day I upgraded. He even called me back a few days later to let me know my promotion had been approved and had finally been applied and prorated. Thank you very much Patrick.

7pm 1 employee Holiday weekend. Not very smart scheduling. Waiting 30 min to pick up an online order. I don’t recommend anyone come to authorized retailer. Go to a corporate Verizon store. This location even looks generic

Patrick was professional knowledgeable and very patient. He explain everything to me there were no last minute surprises. Patrick made my experience great you can depend and trust him. Patrick is passionate about his job and a nice person to assist you in purchasing a phone. So glad I intentionally passed two Verizon stores to purchase my new phone here.

If I could give this store a -5 I most definitely would. The representative Patrick lies and is up to no good. I went back in December of 2022 to upgrade and trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max to receive the $800 off promo for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Not once did I receive the promo deductions off my account. Patrick stated back in August of this year that there was an old iPhone sitting in the back of their store for months and it was my old phone. Upon calling multiple times to get my account credited the correct amount of $800 I only received $273 because he BARELY submitted my trade in on September 3, 2023 of THIS YEAR. I am extremely upset and am going to corporate to file a complaint as he is completely sketchy. It’s almost been a year now and I still haven’t received my correct credit on my account. I’m pretty sure he was just trying to find a way to steal the phone without doing the trade in. ITS BEST TO GO TO AN ACTUAL CORPORATION OF VERIZON. NOT VICTRA AS THEY’RE SCAMMERS. OR EVEN APPLE. Verizon itself still can’t find the phone that was submitted to be traded in as they state what they received is a random phone. Patrick needs to be fired for false information and not submitting my trade in.

The service we received from Sheila was A+ and that was so not just for us but, as I saw, it was the same quality service offered by Sheila to everyone else that entered the store...even if she was under pressure. That is dedication & professionalism.

Don’t go to this store. I when because I was available to do an upgrade I made the process and everything then I was told that all I have to paid was the phone taxes and a one time fee, So I did. A few weeks after I checked my bill and I been charged another extra fee. When I call Verizon I was told that the store is a third party store and they can charged whatever they want and when they upload the receipt on the system they don’t specify what they charge. Then I call the store and asked what was I charged for they said it was activation fee, store fee and the taxes on my phone and now turns out that I have to pay an upgrade fee too this is a rip off not to mention that I was in the store for two hours that day and because I wanted to leaved I forgot to asked for my received and I wasn’t given one, and I remember asking the man that helped me that if I wasn’t going to have any changes on my bill and he said “no that’s all you have to pay everything is going to stay the same.”LIE now I have to pay another fee.
