Very slow and wastes a lot of time. Inexperience staff that stands around and waits for the owner to tell them what to do. Two people standing around while one person wraps furniture. Instead of being effective and efficient they stand around , some of them even sat on my furniture while waiting for someone to finish wrapping. A LOT of wasted time , will never use again or recommend!

Returning customers after over 20 years, Valley Moving Service continued to meet my expectations. Willy and his son Josh were punctual, kind, polite, and efficient. They handled my mother's belongings with care in a timely manner. I would recommend them to family and friends. Nice family owned business. Thank you.

They are a rip off and a scam. We help them move only a bed , couch and coffee table which took less than an hour . Charged a three hour flat for 105.00 and once it was time for payment he changed the price to 315.00 horrible experience will never use service again. He will reap what he sows, bad business.

Slow but got the job done. Very expensive in time. 115 per hour. Took 6.45 hours to move an apartment down the street, 15 minutes, to a house. 726 dollars it cost me. Almost 800, but i talked them out of charging for the lunch they said they needed.

I've used this company in the past and the service was wonderful.. So I used them again the owner came with the movers it was the worse service I every had.. The owner is a liar rude and a crook.. He quoted one price then when they were done he gave another price.. I wouldn't refer his company to not one soul..

I called these guys to move some furniture for me. The person who took my information and set up the scheduled time was very professional. He called to confirm the appointment the day before and also on the morning of the move. He told me three movers would show up. He had 4 show up which was great. Everything was moved without any damage to it. I would call these guys again. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Called Willy a week ago and was given an estimate. A flat rate of $460 (cash) which includes the gas and transportation for 4 hours of their time. Sounds like a great deal, but being a penny pincher I do my due diligence and get more estimates to make sure I'm getting the best possible deal. I called today to lock in the price/time/ date in which I was quoted and Willy told me" I don't remember the price I gave you". Well I took the time to write all the estimates down, I began quoting in detail our conversation. Willy begins to explain that the quote I am referring to could not have happened and began adding additional fees. Due to my time table I refused to go back n forth in the matter and decided to direct my attention to this form. Consumer be ware, prices are subject to change pending on the time of day.

I truly believe these guys are being sabotaged by other moving companies with these outrageous and terrible reviews. I have used them several times for myself and my parents and we both have very expensive pieces that we cherish. They made my parents and myself comfortable with the handling of our treasures; completed the job in the time quoted and was not charged a penny more than we were quoted. Willie, Javier and Maurice (hope all names were correctly spelled), a million thanks. We will refer you to everyone we know that needs to relocate

I don't know WHY these guys have negative reviews. I have used them 2 times for family members and I run a storage and recommended them to tenants and they have used them MANY times also. So I have had MANY dealings with them and I can tell you NOT ONE COMPLAINT. Their prices are fair and their workers are conscientious and get to work! I am sorry for the bad reviews, but I have to tell you, I have used them a little less than a dozen times and NEVER had a problem. We are using them again. I will write a review after the 14th of October 2017 to let you know how this move went. BUT SO FAR, I WOULD HIGHLY recommend!!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Workers spent half the move talking, not working... (didnt give me a discount for this) Then I found a hole in the back of my dresser that they obviously hid! AVOID
