I tries to pick up my packages and the supervisor put my mail on hold so icn move thn all of sudden he decided to say icant change my address in the office to pay online to do it and whn itried to pick it up nxt day he said it was out tor delivery so thn i waited for my mail at the old address it never came so iwent back ro the post office they said there gonna attempt tomrroe but the informed delivery said they cant deliver due to the hold they didnt even want me to grab my packages. So now ihad to call customer service. Becarful for yall packages if you put your mail pn hold kuz yoh wont recieve or pick it up

Everyone did their job A+, respectful and courteous. In and out quick service dropping off packages 0 issues. Clean inside and out. Plenty of parking.

This facility is horrible! They need a new supervisor and need to consider training her again. She is not familiar with the process of change of address nor do she look up information as a supervisor should. They need new staff effective immediately!

Lines move slow, the facility is filthy and the staff specifically Pam the supervisor and Elizabeth are rude and inconsiderate. Hire competent staff and do better with maintaining this facility.

Pam and Anna are amazing! Not only do both of them give great customer service, but they go above and beyond with every customer, I have watched both of them exceed the expectations of customers and I am one of those customers. Thank you for being the best part of our USPS system.
