Second time I order ammo online for same day pickup and they sell it to customers in store before fulfilling my order. Order was placed hours before store opening, yet they say there’s no control over how or when they pick your online order. Same response as last time “sorry, it’s just the way our system is setup” when the next shipment comes in you can get your ammo. And the manager doesn’t know the contact info for a regional or district manager.

Have bought many firearms from here they always ship to store in a timely manner they are very communicative when it comes to emailing you that the items have arrived and about estimate when they will arrive
Buying ammo is real easy and fast it's a separate line to move quicker
Staff is very helpful organized ans they move things along pretty fast
Much rather come here than other smaller slower shops in the area

Large, but not overwhelming, selection of items. You'll find everything you need without the worry of it being a cheap Amazon knockoff. The staff is great and friendly, especially Brian at the firearms counter.

Gun salesman are not very knowledgeable about what they sell, then they rush you out to make sales and don't check the paper work correctly save time and money go to a gun shop

Not a good store management doesn’t have any clue how to operate. The online ordering for guns is a nightmare. Long wait times bc there is only one person working the counter I guess that’s bc most of the gun counter is only getting 4-8 hours a week some in 2 weeks but all of he managers are getting their 40 and asking for raises don’t shop here go to ammo bros or turners or even grizzly’s support an actual fully functioning business not this four letter word show

They didn’t accept my rental agreement or temporary fishing license in lieu of a utility bill, and the waiting time was awful!
Luckily ammo bros was able to start my dros
With my temp fishing license.

Bulk ammo is the only reason to go here, but have fun waiting 2-3 hours just to get seen, and that's not accounting for the paperwork it's a friendly staff but I swear some go hide in the back when they think 1 person can handle 2 people in line yet they can't even handle 1 without another employee since they all need to double check the paperwork each time and it's just a giant middle finger when you take a ticket to wait in line and they don't even go by it and just say who's next to they 7 people waiting in the aisles by the counter to get seen when 3 employees just disappeared.
