I called and they said no appointment needed - just come on in during business hours. I did and honestly loved the whole experience! Professional, friendly, and quick. I was treated like family. “Came here to pick up photo order. It was quick and easy. Store was clean and organized. The staff person that rung me up was not rude nor nice but I feel like she was having a bad day. It's a bit of a sketchy location so just be aware of that.”
“This costco does have apple pay for anyone wondering. The food court is also inside and it's self service. You order at a kiosk then pay, and afterwards you wait in line to get your food by presenting your receipt. I like how close this Costco is for the surrounding neighborhoods. The gas station here is also significantly more affordable than the competing Chevron's and other gas stations around the city. Parking is as expected for any Costco. Overall no issues.”
“I only come to this one once in a blue moon, but every time I've been here the employees are extremely nice. I had a little issue with ordering pictures, but the gentleman help me get it figured out, and I really appreciated his patience and understanding he was amazing. I believe his name was Armin”

She also put syringes in the bag without me asking for them. I loved that. And she also was able to get me chewable Benadryl. She saved me a trip from going inside. She also had the line moving fast. I really appreciate her hard work.”

“Pros: They were able to fill my Rx in a timely manner. I found the pharmacist to be helpful, a bit on the cold side, but after a little conversation, we were better. I read the reviews and wonder if niceties go farther than we think. They are humans, have bad days, get cranky customers, and process hundreds/thousands of scripts in a day. Give them a break....I would want one. I love the way that CVS handles the medication information. I get all the information I could possibly use with each Rx. I choose CVS specifically because of this feature.Cons: The wait lines are too long. There is usually only 1 "cashier" the 3 times I have been to this location. The store is quite a bit messy and dirty. This location needs a deep clean.I look forward to giving them another chance and hope they will step up their game.Update: We again visited this location and the lines were so much shorter. They were still friendly but we were in and out of this location very quickly. This has moved up for us.”

“I've been trying to get a hold of the manager Paul for hours about a purchase of items that I didn't receive in my bags . And no answer through customer service or forwarding . So I drove down while on hold still and constant ringing to customer service . James helped out a lot and resolved the issue , if James wasn't so helpful and kind I would have been a agitated customer . As a manager of a different store his customer service is great and resourceful .”
