I called approx two days ago and made an appointment to check the place out for my baby. I made it a point to let the person the phone know my baby was not potty trained. I was told it did not matter because they work with the kids to help potty train. The day of my appointment I asked the lady how they went about the potty training situation and she said " kids HAVE to be potty trained ", when I told her I specifically asked about that over the phone she shrugged her shoulders and didn't say anything else I left the place disappointed, a complete different Version when you call vs in person. My daughter is in the 1 yr old class. I couldn't be happier with Kinder Perris (there are 2 facilities in Moreno Valley) What I like the most is the communication. They notify me with updates on diaper changes- and pictures of her doing activities and playing outside. I get a daily report of her meals- what she ate and how much. When she took a nap and for how long. They are very organized. Most importantly they give special attention to developmental milestones like social/emotional - language/communication etc. My daughter is getting the absolute best care she can for her age and it shows. What really moved me to write this review was how gentle her teachers were when my daughter inevitably got sick one day. Though I knew the day was coming because getting sick is how toddlers build their immune system- I was impressed with how sweet they were and their understanding. I genuinely feel safe when I leave my only child for 10 hours a day with these women. They have a strong team and I believe thats because they have an awesome leader, Miss Theresa. If you are looking for childcare I recommend 10/10.

I Absolutely love Kinder care ! They meet the needs of every child . They take the time of there day to keep us posted threw out the day of my child’s day using there app , which includes photos, activities , meals , diapers changes etc.. I seen a growth in my child’s social skills and fine motor skills . They staff and directors are welcoming and always in a positive attitude. Thank you teachers for caring and keep my child safe. Im very satisfied with Kindercare and will recommend them to any family that wants to place there children in a daycare /school ❤️

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, of all the lady that picks up the kids in a blue expedition drives crazy! She almost hit my sister! WITH KIDS IN THE CAR! She needs to be fired as soon as I get her name, I will update this! Secondly, they forgot to pick up my nephew from his class! Thirdly, they lie and say they will be having an adult pick up the kids, but it's another child picking up the kids! This place is horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my son loves it here. all the teachers are great and with Covid they have handled everything very well to make it possible for working parents to continue working. i can tell that when he does his homework that the teachers are very involved with their teaching and it has been wonderful!

My daughter attended Kindercare for at least 10 years. I love this daycare and she truly had some wonderful experiences there. Great teachers!

My daughter loves this place. All the staff and teachers are awesome! My daughter learned so much and is ready for kindergarten. She knows all her alphabet, her numbers etc. and even some of the sight words. Ms. Heather is her main teacher and my daughter loves her. I would recommend this place! I love all the staff they are very friendly!

I love this place. My children have learn lots of knew things for example speech making friends learn knew words be polite color and more this day care is very educational and allways prepared. They have healthy foods. I had surgery and they even help me with my children's. My childrens have a routine and its very helpful for me now. I recommend everyone to come and joined this daycare you won't regret it I'm a parent and i go to this day care i give 5 stars. All teachers are kind and friendly they have lots of patients to all childrens.

GREAT HEAD START MY DAUGHTER ATTENDS THIS DAY CARE. I RECOMEND KINDER CARE FOR ANYBODY. THE COST IS PRETTY HIGH BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AND THE BEST THING OF ALL YOU CAN STOP BY AT ANY GIVEN TIME UNANNOUNCED TO CHECK UP ON YOUR CHILD.
