Macy's is my favorite place to shop! My old man took me shopping for new work clothes. He bought me 3 beautiful Michael Kors dresses... one of which will look great with the earrings pictured below. These multi colored dangling bling earrings make the cutest sound while wearing... like a soft tone of a bell. Dra picked up some new threads from Macy's Backstage and you wouldn't believe how much he paid if I told you! Let's just say he found a nice pair of jeans and two shirts for under twenty dollars.

Never anyone around to help or at the registers. They're rude and unhelpful at the returns area and the line is always huge. The clothes and shoes are a mess. The cosmetics have dust on the shelves and nothing is every put away. I wish they can learn cleanliness and customer care from Tyler Mall Macy's.

Love this place they have sales even without the holidays. We came here because of the shoe sale, found boots for $26 can't believe it. Get ready to spend ladies and gentlemen. Macy's always have this scent when you walk in, I just can't get enough of it. Of course their clothing was on sale, all you see is 50% off 40% off it's a special day when I see those red sign. I did not even touch the makeup area that would be just too much for me. Love the place will always love this place period. I didn't even get to the purse section, all I can do is shake my head, just perfect. Oh the inside is just like any Macy's they have like four entrance and it two levels. The second level usually hold the home goods.

Hands down Macy's is my favorite department store every Holiday season! I am a perfume connoisseurs and my brother has always purchased my perfumes from Lisa who is the manager of the woman's fragrances. Anything having to do with fragrances Lisa is your girl! I also appreciate the gift with purchases that come with the perfumes. Such a variety! Ashley in the Lancôme department is also very helpful and displays excellent customer service! Stop in and say hello to these lovely ladies and they will make your holiday shopping worth while!!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!!!!

Macy's should be ashamed of them selves. I went in to pick up an online order and the line was extremely long as expected. There was only one sales associate and a line full of tired and angry customers. Poor girl. Needless to say I left without my order. Macy's should be prepared to get customers in and out! It is not rocket science. More customers requires more workers!
