Goodwills can be hit or miss, i’ve noticed. This location is consistently a miss. Selection always feels like the leftovers that nobody wants - and i’ve visited several times to give this location a fair chance. I’ve never found anything worth buying.

Given that it's Goodwill week, I would like to update my review. If my review was based solely on customer service it would of been a five star. All I can say is that it's a shame that a multi million dollar company that is "all about Job creation" and giving people "a second chance" and "giving employees the job experience and tools to suceeed" doesn't even care about its employees. I visit this store atleast twice a week, employees have been mistreated, yelled at, threatened and even physically asaulted by customer.
Just about 2 weeks ago the on-site manager was assaulted by a homeless man and was sent to the hospital. This man works so so so so hard for greedwill. I see him all the time up and down getting stuff done, for a greedy axx company to not even provide security to protect your employees from being hurt. I hope I really hope one day someone sues you. I feel so bad for these employees. And shame on you greedwill shame shame shame. I will be be calling corporate to report your regional manager.
And Google will not delete my review, I will simply repost

I came in last night near closing time and did not enjoy my experience. Granted it was near closing time so I'm aware that people are ready to go home, but I don't believe it excuses the service I received. I simply wanted to ask about an item that I wanted to purchase that did not have a tag on it. I started to ask the lady there named Dorothy but she was short with me and seemed too preoccupied to assist. I was helped another employee and went about my day. I frequent this location and this was first time I experienced this.

I come in to this location frequently as Goodwill is one of my most frequent places to shop as well as i live in the area. Jalen is so sweet and is always so helpful! It's always a pleasure to be helped by her as she makes the shopping experience pleasant and the environment very welcoming.

I've been going to this thrift for awhile and they do have good pieces however, I did have a weird experience with an employee. When a new rack came out, I went to go through it and I was about to grab a shirt for myself, and an employee stopped me and stated that she was saving that for herself and I could not have it. Since when were the employees allowed to shop during their work hours, especially preventing a customer from buying an item because they want to keep it for themselves? Another thing unrelated to that experience is how expensive this goodwill has gotten. Any piece of clothing over $10 at the thrift is ridiculous. They get these items for FREE, why are a pair of jeans marked at $17-$25?? I can buy new jeans for that amount. This is exactly why I stopped donating here because I noticed the items I donated, they priced it higher than what I bought it for. If you donate to this thrift, please remove the price tag if it's new with tags because they will price it at $15 at the lowest. I'm not sure who determines the cost worth of the products because as someone who works in fashion and runs my own clothing business, seeing SHEIN at this goodwill which is a fast fashion brand that doesn't charge over $3 for a shirt, then seeing it priced at $8 at this location is beyond ridiculous. At the end of the day, Goodwill is the most greedy thrift store next to Savers. They should take notes from Salvation Army whose prices are way more ethical!

Some of their prices are crazy. Clean for the most part. Clean bathroom but no dressing rooms.

There was a nice older lady in the back putting books away who was lovely, helpful and kind. I really wish I would have got her name, however the lady up front Harley was the complete opposite. With her attitude she should not be working up front in the public with customers. After uncomfortable silence she proceeds to shove my clothes in a bag with no regard to them. Shout out the lady in the back though!

I get so tired of them being closed or picky about what they will accept for donations at this location. Go to Salvation Army or Goodwill in Colton.

I always find good stuff in this Goodwill and I like visiting this store. But last trip was not a pleasant one. I picked up this one small dish with $19.99 price tag, it was part of a 20-piece set. So I took it to register and explained it is part of the set and I cannot find the other pieces. The employee took the dish, walked to the dish section, searching for the missing 19-pieces, of course it is not there because I already checked few time, and she even went back side of store to to find it. She just treated me like I picked up that dish from a set because I want to avoid buying the whole set, but you know what, I would LOVE to purchase the while set if they had it!! I was just waiting at the register whole time while she was walking around the store searching for that missing 19-pieces. So she finally came back. With 5.99 price tag for this one piece of dish. Wow. I don't know why she would charge so much for this one salad dish, that was $19.99 for 20 pieces, for $5.99 but I really wanted it because I have matching cups at home, so I just bought it. It was like literally I bought something from "replacement.com", not a local goodwill. It just left me with bitter feelings like it was a rip off. How odd. It is goodwill store, not an boutique/ antique store with bad business practice but still they can make customers feel that way.
