Not really interested in making a sale. They don’t even have full length mirrors to see how the clothes look. When I asked why, they said to ask corporate. No dressing rooms either. So you’re just stuck.

Worse store ever!!! I order shoes from store and never wore them!!! Took them back for a refund and I was rudely told by the manager Gisell C. that they were dirty and threw them on the counter and told me rudely that she would not refund my money!!! I will never patronize this store ever again!!! Not because she wouldn't refund my money but because of rudeness I've encounter!!! EVERYONE IN MORENO VALLEY/RIVERSIDE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! I truly wonder does Human Resource know how this store is??? Maybe they should send there so call manager to school and educate her on customer service!!! I called customer service and complained and I will do it everyday until I get satisfaction!!

Showed up at 7:41 and young lady in the front said. Closed we can’t shop. I asked what time they closed and she said 7:30. Google clearly states 8PM and people we’re still shopping inside. So disappointing!

Very disappointed.... I asked the associate if I can try to fit the joggers and shorts before buying but told me that fitting is closed that I cannot use because it's full of stocks and if will not fit just bring them back he added.... So, to make story short I ended up buying it without knowing if it properly fit, arrived home trying them on and in my dismay they run small in their size. Came back to the store next day to have it change for a different size and asked the associate again if this time I can fit them because it's tiring to go back and forth to the store and still they answered me the same thing.... That their fitting room is closed because it is full of stocks. Now I ended getting stuff that doesn't really fit me well... bad experience!!!
