The meat I bought was absolutely disgusting! It tasted horrible and was hard to chew. I want a refund. Don’t EVER buy meat from cardenas. The taste of the meat was old.

This location has the worst customer service I went to buy a blended natural juice and the lady’s had no sense of humor. There customer service was awful plus an inspector has to come and check this place for hygiene the lady was touching multiple places and didn’t wash her hands all the time I was observing her. She seems like every customer was a bother to her. This employees have to appreciate every customer that walks in because thanks to them they have a job.

The prices on certain items are good, others it is advisable to look in other nearby stores. They are very friendly and have a variety of products. They also have a restaurant.

Today, July 19, 2024, I bought a rude tres leches mocha cake and it came out acidic on my birthday ? a very bad experience I hope and no one passes on that bad experience, I had to change it for one filled with ? but my taste is mocha

Very bad service every time I go and ask for assistance in health and beauty, they take a long time and there have been like two times that no one has helped me after waiting for a laptop for a long time.
There are also very long lines and it is saturated with people, they should put more ATMs or humans, and then in the butcher shop, don't even mention it, it's frustrating to go to this store and then finally a customer service disk helped me like a mule. If they were doing me a favor I would never return to this store, apart from a lot of the food they sell is already rotten or about to go bad. I read other reviews and whoever answers only answers but they do nothing about everything that people complain about... I will never return and I do not recommend that you go to this store.

Terrible cashier shift managers, I give them zero, they don't deserve stars but the superiors don't do anything. All lazy balls in that cardenas market. They don't even care about the customers, the meat and rotten fruit smell ugly ? horrible and the security people don't do anything, they just put on decorations and have cameras for fun.

As a minority, the employees never greet nor smile at me when i shop there, they just stare. The employees speak and smile at individuals that look like them. It would be nice to be greeted.
