Highly recommend Mario! Samsung washer, only two years old, began making a loud noise during spin cycle. Contacted Mario and explained problem.. Reviewed all options and approximate cost with best case and worst case scenario. Set an appointment but canceled because we decided to buy a new washer with a five-year extended warranty. Will definitely use Mario in the future if needed. He is kind and considerate as well as very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Once my washing machine hit the spin cycle, it sounded like 20 grown men trying to beat their way out. I called Mario and we talked over the phone about what the problem could be. We set a date and time for him to come out to fix it. Mario showed up on time and was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. After the repairs, my washing machine is working so much better almost as if it's a brand new washing machine thanks to Mario. I give my experience with AM&M appliance 100/10.

Mario answered the call and saved the day.Our washer needed a control panel. I ordered the part from Sears and got a 5 day window for delivery. On the 5th day I got a backorder notice with no new delivery date.I called AM & M and Mario answered. He was out picking up parts himself and called me back when he got back to his computer.He corrected the part number and had it ordered and delivered overnight. It fits perfectly.I can't say enough about the impeccable service and attention to the urgency of the situation.I highly recommend AM & M for anyone who prefers the DIY route before calling a technician.

I had scheduled my appointment for an over-the-range microwave installation. Mario and his father arrived and got right to work. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to get it done fast and efficiently. They were both very professional and went out of their way to correct an issue with the existing exhaust fan that had not been cared for in the past. I was incredibly impressed with their service! I had a Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling the fresh food section properly. After contacting Mario at AM & M via phone he asked some questions, checked for service bulletins on my particular model, and stated he would come out possibly being able to fix it the same day. Booked an appointment a week out (good things take time). Mario showed up and inspected my refrigerator, found what he anticipated to be wrong, replaced the associated parts in a timely manner, and now I'm back in business. Prompt, very knowleadgeable, courteous, and very fair. I would give 50 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

They came out, identified the problem, then told me that the part was discontinued and that I would have to buy a new stovetop. I paid $110.00 for this. I then went online to a major parts supplier who sold me an approved alternate part for the stovetop, but AM&M refused to come back out and install it because it was not OEM. They claimed it was a liability, but even if true that issue could have been solved by having me sign a waiver. Instead, I had to pay someone else to come out and install it. So, $110 to identify a part that they wouldn't install.

Our Washing Machine died on Sunday and the gentleman from A & M Appliance repair showed up within two business days for the service call. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Our drain pump was broken. I was surprised he actually had the part with him. He was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend A & M!

Really bad experience I did order my refrigerator part and was the wrong part and went I call back I was told that was a final sale no refunds and also that I should sent a picture of my old part but no one ask me for that!!? So I loos all my money( and the part wasn't cheap!!) Ending keeping a part that I got not used for it and they were trying to sell me a second part after they find out what part do I really need, ? so overall bad customer service and bad way to conduct business!! Definitely never going back and I won't refer anyone to do business there..
