This is my favorite Safeway. The staff is an asset to this location.
I feel homesick at other Safeways now.
And they have the best fried chicken!

Their mini cucumbers were slimy and rotten inside. Seems they DO NOT remove them from shelves in a timely manner. This was a delivery. Called their customer service, they said bring them and we will replace!!! These cucumbers should not be on their produce shelves in the first place.

This location has some great employers. Gionna at deli takes pride in her work&the fried chicken is thee best!!! Jackie is usually at self check out makes life easier when she's there; professional, attentive&personable. The Italian guy, I didn't catch his name, is so good at everything. The staff is an asset to this location.I feel homesick at other Safeways now.

Clean and organized. All shelves are fully stocked. Fresh produce. Kind customer service. Also a clean Safeway. A bit of a strange layout, in my opinion.

Nice selection of fresh prepared food + all the usual groceries.Fairly heavy on the "standing mid aisle and too self absorbed to make space for others" but, well, Orinda.

The lady in self checkout is on a power trip. She bosses people around and is all around rude to customers and lacks common respect. She herds customers like cattle and my trip was all around unpleasantWorst Safeway in the Bay Area!!!
